Episode begins with Srishti enters the house and informs Sarla that Beeji fighting with newspaper guy. She asks her about Preeta. Sarla tells her that she is making breakfast for Preeta. Janki tells her that Preeta stayed away from home for two years and now finally returned. Srishti complains saying that Sarla forget her from the time Preeta returned. Sarla tells her that she was making her favourite dishes only till now and today only she made ‘halwa’ for Preeta that too after two years. She asks her to wake Preeta up.
Srishti knocks the door and Preeta opens it. Preeta tells her that she missed her so much. Srishti says that Preeta lying because if she missed her then she would have came to meet her. Preeta tells her that she returned because of her transfer otherwise she was happy in Bangalore. Srishti tells her that this city don’t belongs to Luthra’s and it’s waste of time to remember the past. She says to her that Luthra’s didn’t deserve her and now everyone moved on. Preeta tells her that that’s not easy that’s why she was staying in Bangalore but she is not understanding that why destiny brought her back.
Sarla brings breakfast. She tells Preeta that the latter was not with them for two years and she knows that the latter would have forgot many things even though not everything. Janki tells Preeta that Luthra’s also faced so much in these two years. Sarla tells Preeta that Luthra’s hurted her so they would have faced consequences of it. She says to her that she missed her so much and now she is glad that the latter is back. Preeta tells her that she won’t let her past affect her present. And Mumbai is big city so it’s not like she is going to face Luthra’s. Sarla feeds her and Srishti. They hugs Sarla.
Beeji enters the house and tells Arora’s that everyone would have forget her. Sarla tells her that it’s not like that. She asks Janki to bring Preeta’s tiffin box. Preeta asks Srishti to bring the paper which she kept in the table. She takes Beeji’s blessings. Arora’s wishes her for first day at clinic. She leaves the house. She tells an auto driver to stop the auto and helps one lady. He praises her for her kindness. Then she helps one beggar. Beggar praises her. Preeta tells her that she did nothing big.
Beggar tells her that she lost her eyesight but she can see everything that’s why she knows that the latter’s heart is so big which is filled with love and pain. She blesses her and tells her that the latter’s destiny brought her to this city to complete her. Preeta thinks that she is feeling strange and she recalls that how she reached Mumbai first time with Srishti. She drops the address chit and follows it but loses it. She thinks that this is what happened in the past too. She gets relieved after seeing the clinic in front of her.
