Episode starts with Pulkit welcoming the guests in Sai’s felicitation ceremony. He praises about their college and says that he is proud to be part of it. He then tells that the function is to award the best student and hints everyone about Sai. Meanwhile, Ninad gets furious when Virat doesn’t picks his call. He shows his anger in front of Ashwini, while she gets worried stating that if Virat’s behaviour continues then Sai will surely leave him. Whereas, Sai keeps looking at her phone and thinks that she never expected that Virat won’t come to attend her ceremony. She becomes disappointed, while her friend tries to talk to her, but she avoids and keeps staring at her phone.
Here, Sonali taunts Virat and Sai’s relationship and says that they doesn’t love each other. She states that they were together only because of Ashwini’s efforts and reminds that how they used to stay in different-different rooms. Meanwhile, Mansi stops her and says that Sai have made them proud, while Bhavani states that their sons were the ones who have genuinely made them proud.
Sonali says that Virat haven’t came for the ceremony also, while Omkar supports her. Sonali provokes the family against Sai and says that Virat must be with Shruti. Devyani shows her dislike towards Shruti and says that she is interfering in between Virat and Sai. She gets angry on Shruti, while Karishma appreciates Sonali for putting fire against Sai and both laughs evilly.
Elsewhere, Sai looks upset on not finding Virat and seems to be lost. Her friend ask her to smile as everything is happening for her. Meanwhile, Mansi ask everyone to stop and concentrate on Sai’s felicitation ceremony. Meanwhile, Ashwini shows her concern regarding Sai and Virat’s relationship. Meanwhile, Pakhi declares that she don’t want to say anything regarding Sai and Virat as she doesn’t want to get involved in between them.
Samrat also stands for Sai, while Mohit remembers seeing Virat with Shruti and gets worried. He thinks about telling it to Samrat and was about to say, when Pulkit announces about something. He tells about presenting the story of Sai, while everyone looks at the stage.
Ahead, Virat sees himself in the mirror of bathroom inside the hospital. He feels guilty for not attending Sai’s function. He fights within himself and his emotions. He thinks that it is better for Sai to keep her out of the mess as it can lead her to the jail.
Virta decides to type a message to Sai, to notify her that he won’t be able to come to her function. He types the message with lots of courage and his tears falls on the screen of his phone. He gathers himself and gets into turmoil, whether to send the message to Sai or not. He was about to deliver it, when the doctor comes there happily. He questions about Shruti, while she informs him that miraculously both baby and Shruti got saved. Virat gets delighted and shows his appreciation towards the doctor for saving them.
Further, Pulkit tells about Sai’s life journey and some people comes on stage to enact her story. Everyone gets excited to see it, while Sai imagines Virat and herself dancing on the stage. She remembers how she met Virat and they got married. She gets flashes of her moments with Virat and becomes emotional “Ghum Hai Kise Key Pyaar Meiin” song plays. She keeps staring at the stage, while others enjoys the performance.
Precap:- Virat goes to attend Sai’s award function and sees her giving the speech. She says that she have always felt alone whenever she comes near her goals. She states that there are some people who have always supported her but there are some who doesn’t care about her at all. Later, Virat questions himself that if Sai really consider him as nothing? He gets hurt by her words and keeps staring at her from afar.
