Episode begins with Niyati goes to the room and sees Abhimanyu sleeping there. She recalls the moments she shared with him. He wakes up. She asks him to take medicine to feel better. She scolds him for taking shock therapy. He asks her that what shock therapy and what kind of side effects. She tells him that his Doctor would have explained the side effects. He asks her to move aside but she falls on him. He pushes her and asks her that who is she and what is she doing in his room.
She asks him to stop joking. He asks her that when he returned to Lucknow from Mumbai. He asks her about Manorama. She tells him that everything is fine and asks him to not take stress and Manorama is downstairs. He tells her that he doesn’t remember anything. She asks him to take medicine. But he leaves from there. She recalls that how Anand once said that shock therapy has side effects. She calls Anand but he disconnects the call. Abhimanyu wonders that why he don’t remember anything and what’s happening with him. He comes downstairs and sees his family dancing.
Niyati calls Anand again. Vidhi asks Abhimanyu that how is he feeling now and tells him to join them. Everyone asks him to dance but he yells at them. Anand picks the call and congratulates Niyati. She tells him that Abhimanyu doesn’t remember anything including her. She says to him that she is not understanding anything. He asks her that how can she call him after what she did with him. He tells her that he will help her as a Doctor and it looks like a selective amnesia and it’s a side effect of shock therapy. She asks him that what will happen now. He tells her that it’s ‘karma’ because she left him for Abhimanyu but now that Abhimanyu forgot her.
Manorama asks Abhimanyu to control his anger. He asks her that how he reached Lucknow. She tells him that they brought him. He asks her that how they found him and who is that girl in bridal attire. And he asks her about decorations. He asks her that how that girl knows about his disease. Everyone gets shocked hearing him.
Meanwhile, Niyati recalls Anand’s words and she drops the mobile in shock. Anand tells Niyati that he can understand that what she must be feeling now and he is feeling bad for her because he loves her that much and disconnects the call.
Manorama tells Abhimanyu that he knows Niyati. He asks her that what Niyati doing in their house. Gajendra asks him that how can the latter forget his Niyati. Abhimanyu gets angry and starts breaking things. Gajendra tells him that Niyati is the latter’s wife. Abhimanyu tells him that it’s a lie because he don’t know Niyati. Niyati comes there wearing Nurse uniform and tells Abhimanyu that she will help him to remember.

Precap – Niyati tells Abhimanyu that she is his Nurse. Anand tells Ram that he is ready to accept Niyati now also.
