The episode starts with Suhani thanking Ansh for taking care of her father. Doctor praises Ansh for handling the case well. Ansh says its his responsibility as soon they are going to be doctors. Doctor tells them to wait outside. Ansh provokes Suhani against Ranveer by saying that attack is either due to stress or unhealthy lifestyle. He tells that Ranveer had met her father and may be said something which triggered his condition. Suhani believes his words and goes to confront Ranveer.
Mamta asks cook to make all of Ranveer’s favorite dishes especially almond kheer. Ranveer calls her and asks her to keep Vikrant at home unless he comes there as he has something important to talk to him. Suhani meets Ranveer and asks him what he said to Rakesh. He says that he won’t give her explanation as she has habit of judging before hand and later will say sorry. He asks her to leave his way as he has something very important to do.
Suhani asks if it is more important that her father who is admitted in emergency ward. Ranveer leaves her there and goes. Suhani’s friend says that he is weird, earlier for one sprain he did so much and now left her alone in this situation.. Suhani says it doesn’t matter to her. Her friend says that her eyes are telling everything. Suhani feels upset.
Ranveer reaches home and confronts Vikrant about what he talked to Rakesh. Vikrant says he is just a mere employee and he can say him whatever he wants. Ranveer’s uncle and aunt also interferes and tells Ranveer not to blame his father and do daily dramas. Ranveer asks Vikrant to ask forgiveness from Rakesh. He tells that because of his humiliating words Rakesh got attack and is admitted in hospital. Vikrant doesn’t want to accept the fact that he needs to ask for forgiveness.
Suhani’s family members comes to hospital and her aunt holds Ranveer and Suhani responsible for Rakesh’s condition. She thanks Ansh for helping them so much. Ansh tells them not to panic and Rakesh will be absolutely fine in a while. Suhani asks why Rakesh is still not gaining consciousness. Ansh checks the reports. Ranveer reaches hospital. Suhani tells him that he had important work so he can go and his presence isn’t needed there.
Ranveer says that heart can be treated with medicine but not the feelings. He says he has brought the solution with him and calls Vikrant inside. Vikrant clenches his fist in anger. Ranveer asks him to say sorry to Rakesh. Vikrant unwillingly says to Rakesh that he was very angry that time and takes all his words back. With his statement there is movement in Rakesh’s hand, the episode ends with Ranveer asking him to fold his hands too.
