Episode begins with Sia and Ansari laughing over something when nurse comes and informs Ansari that Geeta maasi is getting seizors, she gets cardiac arrest when they are taking her to operation theatre, she dies and Ansari tries to save her but Sia stops her and calls time of death. Ansari cries and goes to locker room. He is inconsolable. Sia comes and hugs him. He still cries. Sia also gets emotional. Here, Deepika comes to her cabin to find Vikrant there. Vikrant tries to initiate conversation and apologies to her for Aditi’s behaviour. Deepika says why did you think that I will come to dinner and why you didn’t tell this infront of your wife. Vikrant tries to explain himself when Deepika says don’t explain me. Vikrant says I am worried for you. Deepika says I can take care of myself. Vikrant tries to calm Deepika and asks for sometime. Deepika says who stopped you. Deepika goes out when Suman and Aditi stop Deepika. Aditi asks Deepika why you didn’t come for dinner. Suman says Deepika understands that husband and wife met after a long time. Deepika excuses herself and goes while Vikrant also comes out of Deepika’s cabin. Suman asks Aditi to keep strength, and I will make sure Vikrant comes to right path.
Here, Ansari finds out that ground water of slum is infected with arsenic. Ansari becomes angry and calls someone to inform them that the factory near slum has raised poison in the water of slum, it is affecting people. Deepika treats a mother, madhu who is asking her daughter to fill the bills. Daughter says chill, I will do it all online, you take care of yourself. Deepika asks nurse to get daughter out, while Abhay and Deepika do some check up and decide to schedule the operation for the same day. Here, Peroz is sharing the Esha incident with Sia. Sia says she is not a kid and you are not her responsible person so chill don’t worry. Sia sees Ansari and she goes to ask him how he is. Ansari taunts Sia for being rich and using perfume and materialistic things and it was his mistake to get in the flow with her. Sia is surprised with that behaviour and so is Peroz.
Deepika comes to Madhu while she finds Aditi telling them about alternate therapy. Deepika says she is my patient. Aditi says I am doing research on cancer patients so I was telling them about the alternative therapy. Madhu’s daughter says we feel this new therapy can be good. Deepika asks Abhay to run more tests while she asks Aditi to come with her. Aditi and Deepika go to Deepika’s cabin and they talk. Deepika says Madhu is her old patient so she knows what is she is doing and her health can’t take this experiment. Aditi says sometime we feel like we want something but the the need of situation is different. Deepika says you do the tests and let us know if your research is viable but you have time till evening as I have scheduled the surgery for evening, Madhu’s body can’t take more time than this. Aditi says okay.
Here, in ER, a husband wife and kid come after a car accident. The mother and father are fighting about who is a better parent. The kid is feeling sad seeing them like that. Kid also complains about his parents’ fighting due to the accident. Vikrant tries to see and treat them. On the other hand, Esha treats a guy patient and tries to flirt with him knowingly as Peroz is there and she can see him getting affected by it. Esha comes to Peroz and says you want to give me lecture. Peroz says ignore, I am not giving any lecture. Esha taunts him and goes. Peroz feels irritated.
Here, Abhay comes to inform Deepika that they can’t wait for evening as Madhu’s condition needs urgent surgery. Deepika asks if Aditi came up with the reports, Abhay says no. Deepika goes to Madhu and starts explaining her about the procedure. Madhu says she trusts Deepika. Aditi comes with Ananya and says that her research can be used on Madhu. Ananya says we don’t want the surgery as Aditi explained me the alternate procedures. Deepika takes Aditi outside and tells her she can’t approach her patients directly without her approval. Aditi says I am just doing my research. Deepika says not on my patient. She goes. Aditi comes to Vikrant and complains about Deepika trying to create problems in her research. Vikrant goes to Deepika, but before Vikrant can speak anything Deepika asks him not to interfere.
Sia calls Ansari and checks on him. Ansari talks calmly as he is in his slum checking on the people. Here, Vikrant is called that the kid is sick now. Vikrant makes the parents understand how they shouldn’t fight infront of their kid as it brings a negative impact on him. Here, Deepika is called by the oncologist specialist by Aditi. They both put forward their arguments in order to seek approval from the oncologist specialist on the medical treatment for Madhu. The specialist says Deepika is right making Aditi furious. Aditi complains to Suman about how Deepika is also ruining her professional life now with her personal life and how this research is the only good thing in her life and she is losing to Deepika. Suman asks her to calm down and not to feel demotivated by Deepika. Aditi spots Ananya and goes to her. In sometime, Deepika comes and sees Madhu is still not ready for ops. So, Ananya reveals that they don’t want surgery but they want the alternate method of Aditi making Deepika furious.

Precap – Aditi and Deepika go to Vikrant for opinion and he states that Deepika is right. Aditi taunts and scolds Deepika. Aditi badmouths Deepika. Deepika ignores and goes. Vikrant scolds Aditi to not speak to Deepika like this again, she can say things to him but not to Deepika. Vikrant also goes. Aditi cries.
