The episode starts with Vaibhav and Akanksha posing for pictures and Vaibhav confessing that he fell in love with her on first sight. Akanksha looks admirable at her. Manav calls Akanksha but she cuts the call. Vaibhav asks the matter and Akanksha says that next day its Yadhu’s birthday and she needs to shop for the party. Vaibhav asks Maya if it’s possible for postponing the shoot but Maya says it’s not possible. Akanksha says she will manage but Vaibhav says he hate those words. He calls Rane and asks him to plan for the party.
Akanksha says Manav wouldn’t like it. Vaibhav says that she’s right and agrees to send only cake and another clown. He calls Manav a clown but Akanksha laughs it off with him. He says it won’t be easy for Manav to handle her success and asks Why’s she stuck with it. Akanksha says it’s not possible as its not so easy. She says he won’t understand as he don’t have family. Vaibhav leaves offended. Akanksha feels bad for hurting him. She goes to him and apologies for the same. Vaibhav says that he thought that his only true love for life is Niharika but she proved him wrong. He speaks emotionally with her. Akanksha hugs him from back and says that she’s helpless as one side there’s her dream and happiness and other side there’s her duty and family. Vaibhav asks her to choose but Akanksha says she can’t.
Manav and Yadhu comes back from shopping and waits for Akanksha to start the party. They hears doorbell and sees a clown with cake wishing for birthday. Manav asks who sent it and he reads the name Kapoor company. Manav asks him to leave before he blasts someone’s anger on him. The guy leaves and Manav angrily closes the door. Vaibhav shows Akanksha the collections of all the pictures he had framed on wall. She gets shocked seeing it and identifies the first time he met her. She accused him for stalking her but Vaibhav says that it’s not stalking but his love for her. He says they were destined to meet which is why he again met her in Indore. He says that in order to escape from her family getting her married to a middle class man she went to another middle class person. He says that her marriage was a mistake. Akanksha says she has a child and Vaibhav asks whether she wants her child to grow up like him or Manav. Akanksha notices the time is half past 12 and realizes that she missed the birthday.
Manav puts Yadhu to sleep and hears doorbell ring. Akanksha tries going to Yadhu when Manav demands her the reason for missing the birthday. Akanksha blames it on work without making eye contact with him and Manav says that a work shouldn’t spoil the family. Akanksha leaves saying that she has shoot next day and will come back early in the evening to celebrate birthday. Next day, Manav stops Akanksha from leaving and restricts her from going to work. Manav makes it clear that she won’t leave the house for play from today and asks her to think it as whatever she wants be it threaten or request. He leaves saying that he will end Vaibhav’s chapter today. Akanksha video called Vaibhav and said about Manav. Vaibhav asks why she’s scared that he would get hurt and Akanksha finally confesses that she loves him after his constant questioning. Vaibhav felt at peace.
Precap : Manav will warn Vaibhav to stay away from his wife. Vaibhav will ask Manav that what if his wife doesn’t want to stay away from him. Manav will ask him to not speak nonsense when Vaibhav will play Akanksha’s love confession to him.
