Episode starts with Samrat opening the door for Virat to enter inside the house. He looks all around and sees his family members standing together along with Sai. He proceeds towards them and makes an eye contact with Sai. Meanwhile, Pakhi taunts him stating that he used to give lectures on loyalty and morals in relationship and ask him that where his values went away while he was betraying Sai. He gets irked by her words but simply ignores her and questions Sai for the reason of calling him in Chavan Niwas.
Here, Sai says to Virat that there is a thing she wants from him. She goes towards the assistant lawyer and takes the divorce papers from her. She moves towards Virat and forwards him pen along with the papers to sign in it. She tells that she wants him to sign the divorce papers to end their relationship legally.
Virat gets shocked and feels pain hearing her statement. He stumbles and ask her for the reason, to which she replies that he already know the reason for their divorce. She ask him not to act and tells him to consider this divorce as a gift from her to Shruti and him. He feels pain and says that she can’t even imagine his state.
Elsewhere, Sai tells Virat that it was really hard for her to call him and give divorce in front of his family. Both looks at each other with teary eyes and starts imagining being together. They sees themselves happy in their house along with their family. Virat also sees Sai pregnant with his baby and they rejoicing it “Ae Dil Bata” song plays. Sai comes out of imagination and faces the reality. She forwards the pen towards Virat and ask him to sign.
Virat says that neither he could marry by his wish, nor he could divorce by his wish. He says that he has always been forced to do it, while she reminds him about his betrayal. Ashwini scolds him and says that it would have been better if she wouldn’t have given birth to him. Meanwhile, Bhavani also scolds him for ruining their reputation.
Ahead, Bhavani tells him about how people are criticising them and mocks him about the article in the newspaper. Ninad also starts taking out his frustration on Virat and says that he wants to give on emore article about Virat’s betrayal and them disowning him. Meanwhile, Virat shakes his head seeing that no one trusts him.
Mansi comes forward and tells Virat that everyone is concluding Sahas to be his child by reading his reports. She ask him to tell the truth of he is hiding from them. Everyone interrupts her and keeps accusing Virat. Sai stops them asking not to drag the matter.
Further, Sai gives divorce papers to Virat asking him to sign it. Shruti questions that why Sai is being so eager to take the divorce? While Mohit becomes irked by Virat and ask him to it fast. Mansi scolds him for behaving rudely with Virat, while Ninad supports him reminding about Virat’s deeds. Whereas, Virat proclaims that after signing the divorce, he won’t ever come back to them even if they calls him back and regrets their decision. Ashwini mocks him, while Virat ask Sai to sign the paper first. She gets shocked and remembers her moments with him. Bhavani ask them to think again before taking such step and says that they can save their relationship. But, Sai stops her asking not to interfere.
Precap:- Sai goes to DIG sir and tells him that the report against Virat is fake as he have married Shruti after their divorce. She says that Virat haven’t done anything illegal, while DIG sir denies to believe it. She shows him the certificate of their divorce stating that they got divorced 1 year back, while DIG sir gets shocked seeing it.
