Episode begins with Rajveer refuses to tell about his surprise to Seher. On the other hand, Khushi meets her friend Avinash and she gets excited seeing him after long time and she hugs him. He tells her that it’s India so she can’t hug him like this. She says that she don’t care that what others will say. He asks her about her son. She tells him that her son doing well and she has to get ready before entering Gill mansion. She says that she is so excited to attend Param’s roka ceremony. He tells her that he booked a room for her in a hotel already. They leaves from there.
In the Gill mansion, Param and Devika’s roka ceremony begins. Kulwant performs the ritual. Then Harleen makes Devika wear bangles. She informs her that it’s their family bangles and if Meher was alive then she would have give it to her. She asks her and Param to take Sarab and Meher’s blessings. Param and Devika goes to his parents portrait and takes his parents blessings. Then they takes Kulwant’s blessings. Seher welcomes Devika to Gill family. Everyone gives gift to Devika one by one. Roka ceremony gets over. Devika’s mother says that now they should begin tilak ceremony.
Kulwant gets emotional thinking that if Sarab and Meher was alive then they would have been happy to see Param’s marriage rituals. Tilak ceremony gets over. Kulwant starts dancing. Seher joins her. Then others joins them. After some time, Devika starts dancing and her family joins her.
Devika’s brother brings lot of gold. Everyone gets confused seeing that. Devika’s father tells them that they gives gold equal to Param’s weight. Seher tells him that they are against dowry so no need of that. Devika tells her that it’s not dowry but their family ritual. Devika’s mother says that both families have everything so it’s not dowry. Seher gives permission to start the ritual. Devika’s father scolds his son for bringing less gold. He asks him to go to bank and bring gold jewels.
Harleen tells him that they can use her jewels to complete the ritual. She brings her jewels. Devika’s mother tells her that they can’t accept it without paying for it. Harleen tells her that no need of that because after ritual she will get her jewels anyway. Devika recalls that how she arranged fake jewels for this ritual and planned to exchange the jewels. Harleen adds her original jewels with Devika’s fake jewels to complete the ritual.
Param tells Devika that it’s his responsibility to keep her happy and he will make sure that she stays happy in his house. She tells him that it’s her family too from now on and she will take care of everyone. Rajveer takes Seher aside and tries to kiss her but he could not. She asks him about his surprise. He demands kiss to reveal about his surprise. She tells him that she will ask from others and leaves from there. Devika’s father tries to steal Harleen’s jewels. Seher and Harleen turns that side.
