Episode begins with Preesha and Yuvraj reaches Rudraksh’s studio. Preesha gets relieved seeing Ruhi. Yuvraj tells her that Rudraksh kidnapped Ruhi to get revenge from her. Rudraksh tells him that he didn’t kidnap Ruhi and why he will kidnap her. Yuvraj tells him that the truth is the latter kidnapped Ruhi. Police comes there. Preesha asks that who called Police. Yuvraj tells her that he called them. Ruhi wonders that why everyone blaming Rudraksh when she came by herself. She decides to tell the truth but she slips and falls down and faints.
On the other hand, Vaijayanti informs Saaransh that Rudraksh left for studio. She is about to tell him that what happened in the village but Sharda stops her and sends Saaransh inside. Sharda asks her to not tell Saaransh that Preesha is alive and leaves from there.
Rudraksh goes to Ruhi. Yuvraj asks him to stay away from his daughter. Rudraksh tells him to stop talking nonsense. Police inspector tells him that the latter has to come to police station. Rudraksh says that his priority is Ruhi now and he admits her in the hospital. He tells Preesha that he is with her and nothing will happen to Ruhi. He hugs her and places a kiss on her forehead and it turns out to be his dream. Yuvraj tells Preesha that nothing will happen to Ruhi and he won’t let anything happen to their daughter.
Sharda calls Bunty and learns that Ruhi is hospitalized. She asks him that how can Yuvraj blame Rudraksh. He asks her to not worry about anything. Doctor informs them that Ruhi is fine now and asks them to fulfill her wishes and she needs rest. Preesha goes inside and hugs Ruhi. Ruhi apologizes to her. She reveals that Rudraksh didn’t kidnap her and it’s her who hide in Rudraksh’s car because she was missing him. Police inspector scolds Yuvraj for giving false complaint and leaves from there.
Sharda comes there and says that she brought food for Ruhi. Ruhi calls her as grandma and the latter gets emotional hearing her. She tells Preesha that she has grandma now. Preesha is about to feed her but the latter stops her saying that she wants Rudraksh to feed her. Rudraksh feeds her. Then Ruhi feeds him, Preesha and Sharda ( Title song plays in the background ). Yuvraj gets pissed off seeing everything.
Rudraksh says that now Ruhi needs to get some rest. He makes her lay down on the bed and tells her that he has to leave now. She holds his hand and asks him to not go and stay with her because tomorrow she will leave for village. He tells her that he will stay for her and no one can stop him. Yuvraj asks Ruhi to not disturb Rudraksh. She says that she will cry if Rudraksh left then. Nurse asks them to not give stress to Ruhi. Preesha says that Rudraksh will stay.
