Episode begins with Preesha asks Yuvraj to leave saying that Rudraksh will stay with Ruhi. Rudraksh asks Yuvraj that did the latter felt bad because Ruhi is his daughter but she wants him to stay and even Preesha told him to leave. He tells Ruhi that he is staying with her. Ruhi gets happy hearing him. He asks Bunty to drop Sharda in home. Ruhi thanks Sharda for bringing tasty food. After some time, Sharda asks Bunty that how Rudraksh met Ruhi because they shares a special bond. He tells her that Ruhi helped Rudraksh a lot.
On the other hand, Ruhi notices that Preesha and Rudraksh are not talking with each other. She thinks that she will make sure that they talks with each other. She makes them sit on the bed and asks them to play Ludo with her. They agrees to play with her so she gets excited. Yuvraj gets pissed off seeing that. Nurse asks him to leave the hospital. He tries to give bribe to her so she calls Security guard and asks him to throw Yuvraj out of the hospital.
While playing, Preesha says that Rudraksh cheated. He recalls that how they played in the past and also how she said that he cheated. Ruhi tells Preesha that Rudraksh didn’t cheat but she failed to play well. Rudraksh says that Preesha is weak player that’s why she loses always. Preesha asks Ruhi to sleep. Ruhi tells her that she don’t want to sleep now. Rudraksh supports Ruhi. Preesha goes inside washroom to get freshen up. Ruhi tells Rudraksh that she wants ice cream.
Rudraksh change into ward boy uniform. Preesha comes out of the washroom and asks them that what’s happening. Ruhi tells her that they are sneaking out of the hospital to eat ice cream. Preesha tells her that the latter is injured so she should get some rest and can’t go out. Rudraksh asks Ruhi to not worry. He takes Preesha aside and tells her that he want to make this night special for Ruhi because he won’t get a another chance like this. He says that he is taking Ruhi out for ice cream and she can decide that what she wants to do. Ruhi asks Preesha to agree. Preesha wears Doctor coat and also wears mask. Ruhi gets excited seeing that. Rudraksh and Preesha takes Ruhi out of the hospital.
Meanwhile, Sharda reaches Khurana mansion. Vaijayanti asks her that where the latter went. Sharda tells her that she went to meet Rudraksh in his studio. Vaijayanti asks her that why the latter lying because studio has been closed two hours back. Sharda tells her that Rudraksh is busy and he will come tomorrow and she goes inside.
Rudraksh and Preesha eats ice cream with Ruhi. Preesha recalls the romantic moments she shared with Rudraksh. She comes to reality and Rudraksh taunts her.
