The episode starts with Golu asks permission from Charu to conduct a party. Charu agrees and praises Anu’s achievements. Anu tells his family members that it’s not a big deal but Neeti tells that the society people starts celebrating when they pass the exams and here he is saying his achievement is not a big thing. Charu says how people think that people like them can’t do anything. Sargam asks Anu to take blessings of Charu. Anu takes blessings of Charu who praises him.
Golu asks Anu to take blessings from him too but Goli stops him saying that he needs to take other elders blessings. Anu goes to Sunanda and takes her blessings. Sunanda recalls as a kid how Anu rectified that fuse from their electric board and tells that day itself she knows he is going to reach great heights and gets emotional. Anu then takes blessings of Sargam who also praises him. He then takes blessings of Golu and Goli also Yug Chavi and Neeti congratulates him for the award he is going to receive.
Anu tells that he is going to his institute but gets stopped when Yug tells that he is going to post in his social media site that he become a Scientist of the Year award. Anu asks him not to do it. Golu tells that Gungun is lucky for Anu that’s why he received this award. Anu tells that he is getting this award because of his hard work not because of a third person. Neeti tells Gungun is their soon to be daughter in law so asks him not to say such things against her. Golu asks Anu to call Ridesh but Anu refuses.
Charu tells that family like them dreams a lot. To get something which is normal than that is their dream but very few people can able to reach the level which Anu reached today and it’s all because of his talent and hardwork. He further apologises to Anu for not being able to be his support system everytime. Anu tells not only his talent but because of their sacrifices he is in this place today. He also tells how they cancelled their simla trip so that he can go to an educational trip. Yug asks him not to make them emotional. Anu tells without them he is nothing today. The family members looks happy.
Anubhav receives a call from Ridesh and the latter congratulates him for receiving Scientist of the Year award. Anu asks Ridesh how he knows to which Ridesh tells all over the internet this is the news roaming. Anubhav thanks Ridesh. Ridesh tells him that he and his family are proud of him and tells him that he truly made his day. Gungun comes there and questions Ridesh who made his day. Ridesh and Garima asks her to see the news and shows her the tab.
Gungun mocks Anu’s picture but refuses to read the news. Ridesh gets annoyed and asks Gungun to congratulate Anu but Gungun refuses saying that she hates him also he is neither her friend too. Garima tells but she is going to get married to him so she has to congratulate him. Gungun tells that she dont know why they both wants her to get married to someone crazy like Anubhav also asks what they have seen in him. Ridesh tells that she is failing to see what they have seen but after she realises she will truly thank them.
Gungun tells that day will never come but Garima and Ridesh tells it will because soon she is going to get married to Anubhav. They also mocks Gungun for failing her exams to which Gungun tells that she will pass the exams in first class and be read to arrange her divorce with Anu. Ridesh tells that he is making arrangements to fix her wedding date with Anu also questions her why she didnt start studying if she wants to pass in the first class. Gungun tells that she will study when she feels like but she will pass her exams in first class for sure.
Garima asks Gungun that she went to congratulate Chavi for passing her exams but why not she is doing the same to Anubhav. Ridesh asks Gungun to congratulate Anu on the call saying that he will add his number on her mobile. Gungun tells that she has hus number saved in her mobile already saying if he calls her again then she has to cut the line that’s why she add the number in her phone when Garima questions her the reason behind her for adding Anus number in her mobile. Ridesh and Garima asks Gungun to call Anu. Gungun agrees to do it.
Anubhav asks Golu stop saying things and claims that as poetic and help him find a shirt to wear it. Yug and Neeti comes there and asks him to choose any one of the shirts saying all the shirts are pressed. Anu tells them that he is going to the institution like everyday then why he had to do all this to whichGolu tells now he is a Student of the Year so he needs to look different. Yug asks him to choose any one of his shirt if he dont like it then from Neeti’s father dress shop they will buy new shirts. Neeti agrees.
They all plans what Anu should wear on his award ceremony but Anu ignores their idea and tells them that he will wear a kurta and Jean’s. Golu Yug and Neeti scolds him. Yug asks him to wear a particular shirt. Anu refuses and asks them to leave saying he needs to change. Yug guilt trip Anubhav so the latter gives in and agrees to wear the shirt which Yug askes him to. Anus mobile starts ringing and they all wonders who is calling him. Neeti takes it and tells its Gungun. Anu refuses to talk to Gungun and by mistake the call gets disconnected.
Gungun gets angry and tells that she will not call him. Anu again receives a call. He answers it and asks her to tell him what she wants to which Gungun ask him why he cut the call. Anu tells it happened by mistake. Gungun mocks at him. She then tells that she wants to tell him something important so they have to meet but Anubhav refuses which leads an another argument between them. Golu Yug and Neeti winders when they both stop fighting like this. Anubhav gives in and agrees to meet her. Gungun asks him not to come late because she hates it and their conversation only take five minutes time. Anubhav agrees.
Precap: Anubhav taunts Gungun. They both gets into an argument. Gungun reveals her condition also she and Anubhav signs the deal paper then shares chocolate to each other.
