The episode starts with the lawyer Mr Siddharth sitting in Agarwal Mansion. He tells Kush that he first denied to fight the case for Amitabh but when a good hearted person like Arjun asked for his father’s bail despite the things his father did he agreed to take the case. Lawyer says the case is critical and Arjun says media has Karan’s proof so it will be easy to get bail for Amitabh.
Niharika makes puja preparations for Madhuri to show off. Kush notices her and gets happy to see the change in her and her involvement in everything. Niharika starts her acting that whenever she recalls her previous actions she feels ashamed of herself. She can’t stop regretting. She says Kush did good by joining the business as Luv can’t handle it single-handedly. Kush says she made him understand else he wouldn’t have realised it. Kush leaves. Niharika smirks thinking about her plan to take over the business.
Arjun and Diya are about to leave to meet the lawyer but Dadi gives them prasad. Dipika says Luv left for office early morning. Kush informs Dipika that Luv won’t take the pressure alone but he will help him from now. Dadi gets delighted and says God should never break their unity and this storm has united their family finally.
Mr Khurana asks Luv whats his decision. Luv agrees and says he will take over the business and will let Amitabh be in jail but it won’t be easy as he needs Amitabh’s signature on power of attorney papers.
Luv asks how it will benefit Mr Khurana and the latter laughs saying he will tell later. Kush enters Luv’s cabin and the latter gets shocked to see him. Madhuri misses Amitabh seeing his shirt. She relishes the memory with Dadi that Arjun gifted the shirt to Amitabh many years ago and Amitabh kept it safely in his cupboard. Madhuri says Amitabh was really guilty for his act and she is happy to see Amitabh and Arjun are forgetting their differences.
Dadi says she hopes this time Mr Khurana or Karan won’t ruin their happiness again. Luv tries to explain Kush but the latter couldn’t hear anything because of earphones. Luv diverts the topic and gets shocked to know Kush will join the business too. Luv thinks he can’t let Kush learn about his deal with Mr Khurana. Kush says he will study the business papers of their company so that he doesn’t need to ask Luv about everything frequently. Luv decides to take Amitabh’s sign on the power of attorney papers by deceiving him else Amitabh won’t sign.
Lawyer tells Arjun that Karan will easily prove that he didn’t pressurise Amitabh to go against Karan. Arjun says media knows about Karan’s lie so lawyer can use this point to get Amitabh released.
Luv says now he will be the owner of Agarwal industries, the Mansion and everything. He kisses the power of attorney papers and Kush asks him why the latter looks so happy. Luv makes excuse again and Kush asks Luv to keep the company papers as he has no space left in his bag. Luv thinks he can’t let Kush stop him from taking over the business. Madhuri asks Arjun about what the lawyer said and he replies the lawyer is good and will find a way. Lawyer calls Arjun and asks him to collect confession of Amitabh so they will have a strong point to prove Karan wrong.
Arjun agrees and tells Madhuri to meet Amitabh tomorrow in lock up. During dinner, Kush reads the company papers and Luv gets nervous thinking the latter might see the power of attorney papers. Luv leaves dinner table and goes to check what Kush is doing. Arjun goes behind him and asks why he came to Kush’s room urgently. Kush asks Luv about the lot of extra papers in his bag. Luv says Kush should not talk about business all the time as its his first day. Arjun picks the bag and drops it by mistake. The papers come out and get messed up.
