Jagannath Aur Purvi Ki Dostu Anokhi is Sony TV’s latest launch which has a unique concept. In the promo, we see Jagannath who is an old man with his punctuality and stubbornness, no one is able to change him until one day he saves a girl Purvi from dying. The show is focuses on the unique friendship of Jagannath and Purvi and how Purvi gets wise and strong from Jagannath’s infleunce while Jagannath learns to enjoy life and give stress a back seat.
In the current track, Kusum worries for Jagannath’s spontaneous action and bringing an unknown girl but when she talks to Purvi she feels she needs help. Kusum prepares bed for Purvi and also gives her Deepa’s clothes to wear. Babu calls Purvi and shows his concern to her, he says he is coming to meet Purvi. Just then Purvi’s cousin start chasing Babu as they think Purvi is with him.
Purvi meets Babu and they both reconcile. Babu gives money to Purvi. Purvi lies to Kusum and Jagannath to stay at their place for couple of days while she asks Babu to marry her in two days anyhow. Babu’s mother scolds him for thinking of love marriage. Jagannath learns about Purvi’s truth. He is furious in her while Purvi goes to Babu’s shop.
In the upcoming episodes, Jagannath will lock Purvi in a room.
