At the beginning of the episode, Vivaan goes to call Rajendra. Aditi gets happy as Gajendra regains consciousness. Gajendra asks Aarav where is Simar. He says that he wants to talk to Simar. Aarav tries to avoid that talk. He says that he is very happy that he has regained consciousness. Gajendra says that he wants to meet his entire family so where is Simar. Geetanjali asks him to take a rest. Just then Rajendra comes there and checks Gajendra.
Gajendra asks Aarav why he hasn’t called Simar yet. Aarav is about to tell him the truth but Geetanjali stops him. Rajendra asks Geetanjali and Aarav to come out with him. Aarav asks Rajendra if he should tell everything to Gajendra. He refuses and tells them that Gajendra has lost his memory and only remembers the happy moments he spent with his family.
Here Gajendra asks Vivaan that when everyone is here then where is Simar. Vivaan comforts him saying that Simar will be here soon. Here Rajendra tells everyone that they have to call Simar here for Gajendra. Geetanjali understands his point and asks Aarav to bring Simar back. Geetanjali adds that she never wanted Simar to stay in her house, but for Gajendra, Simar needs to be here.
Vivaan says that he will also go to bring Simar with him. Here Simar is praying to God that nothing should happen to her father. Then Vivaan comes there and says that nothing will happen to Gajendra and he has also regained consciousness. Simar gets happy hearing this. Vivaan tells Simar that he has come to take her back home. Simar gets shocked. She says that she cannot go back to that house after whatever Aarav has told her.
Aarav comes there and says that Gajendra needs her. He has been missing her since he regained consciousness, so he wants her to go with him so that his father gets well as soon as possible. Simar then stumbles. Aarav grabs her hand. Both share the eye lock moment. Later Simar and Aarav reach home. Chitra tells Raj that Simar already suspects that one of them wants to harm Gajendra, so they have to take care of Simar.
Simar tells Aarav that they should go to Gajendra. She goes to his room and gets emotional seeing Gajendra. Rajendra tells Simar that Gajendra’s health has recovered as soon as she arrives. Simar gets happy. She asks Rajendra if Gajendra will get well soon. Rajendra tells Simar that Gajendra’s memory is stuck on a timeline, so he keeps repeating Simar’s name over and over again.
