The episode starts with Arjun finishing the paperwork. He says everything is alright and he gives papers to Niharika and tells her to sign it. Luv says he has a problem. Arjun gets nervous and asks what is it. Luv says he forgot to bring his lucky pen today. However he and Niharika sign the papers. Arjun congratulates them and asks about his payment. Tarun leaves and Diya says she is now satisfied finally and she says she will leave as it’s already late. Diya leaves with Dipika and Arjun. Arjun says he can’t believe their plan became successful. Now he can’t wait to see Niharika and Luv’s reactions after knowing the reality. Madhuri gets surprised to know that they got everything back. Arjun says now Luv will suffer not they. Luv won’t be able to pay off the loan amount now. He shows gratitude to Tarun. Tarun says he always admired Arjun. Madhuri says she is worried for Luv as after losing everything he won’t be able to pay the loan money. His life will be in danger too. Arjun says Luv didn’t think about his family then why will they think about him. Diya says Madhuri is right and they should pay off the loan to save Luv but other than that Luv and Niharika won’t get anything from them.
Luv and Niharika wait for Tarun. Niharika gets excited to see the papers. Arjun enters with Diya and start taunting them. Niharika says they have to change the old guards immediately as they allow the outsiders in the house very easily. Luv asks Arjun how dare he entered his house and creating scene. He will call the police. Arjun mocks them saying he can call the police and guards whoever he wants. Arjun tells Luv to stay in limits as the latter doesn’t have idea what is going to happen with him. Luv asks him to get out right now. Arjun says he is giving them only ten minutes to leave else he will call the police and Police will throw them out.
Niharika tells Diya that Arjun needs to consult a doctor as he has lost it. This is not a joke. Luv tells her to calm down and tells Arjun to take some money from him to see a doctor. Arjun tells Luv to keep it as the latter will need it later the most. Niharika says she is calling the police and Diya says she will help her in doing so. Niharika says she will tell Police two outsiders entered their house. Arjun says this is Amitabh’s house. Diya explains that now the owners have changed. The mansion belongs to Amitabh Agarwal now. Tarun arrives and Luv says the latter should take action against Arjun and his so called family. Arjun says Tarun is my lawyer not yours. Luv gets shocked hearing that. Niharika loses her calm and tries to slap Diya but the latter warns her. Tarun gives the papers to Luv and Niharika both. Diya says yesterday both of them signed the property papers where it’s written that they are giving back the property to Amitabh. Luv and Niharika get shocked hearing that.
