Episode begins with Surya calls Doctor. Suhani asks him to stop acting like he is worried about her. He tells her that Gehna is not pregnant. She tells him that he forgot about Sikandar. He asks her to believe him. Kanak asks him to stop pretending. Surya yells at her for interfering in their family matters. Gehna and Dadi smiles hearing him. Gehna enters the room and says that Kanak don’t have any rights to interfere in their family matters so they should send her back. Kanak asks her that who is the latter to decide that. Gehna tells her that she is daughter in law of this house. She reminds her that the latter is just a guest. She talks about her baby. Suhani sends everyone out of the room.
Dada and Dadi praises Gehna’s plan. Dada asks Gehna to be careful. Dadi asks Gehna that what if Suhani asks for medical report. Gehna asks them to not worry because she handled everything. Meanwhile, Sarika receives Gehna’s medical report. Kanak snatches the report from her and finds out that Gehna is really pregnant. She goes to Suhani and gives the report to her. Suhani gets shocked learning that Gehna is really pregnant. She tells her that she is letting Surya and Gehna stay in this house for Sikandar’s sake. Kanak tells her that Surya deserves a punishment. Suhani scolds her for spiking the drink. Kanak suggests to kill Gehna’s unborn child.
After some time, Gehna tells Suhani that she is going to temple to pray for her unborn child. Suhani tells her that now the latter will understand that a mother can do anything for her child. She pushes her from staircase. Kanak sees everything. Surya gets worried for Gehna and tries to help her. But she does not let him hold her hand. Sarika helps Gehna but the latter could not walk and winces in pain. Surya picks Gehna and takes her to his room. She asks him that why he is doing all this when he hates her. He tells her that he loves her. She tells him that Suhani pushed her from staircase. He denies to believe her. She tells him that he will regret in the future if he don’t trust her now then.
Suhani gives sweet to Kanak. Surya comes there and questions Suhani. She tells him that she was happy that he is going to be father. Kanak tells Surya that Gehna don’t care about others feelings. Suhani tells him that she don’t want to live if he don’t trust her then. She attempts to commit suicide and Surya saves her and apologizes to her. He tells her that he won’t leave Gehna and asks her to pretend like Gehna is pregnant.
Later, Surya informs Praful and Jamuna about Gehna’s pregnancy. Surya throws a party. Suhani acts like she cares about Gehna. Praful thanks Surya for giving good news. Surya tells him that he want to begin a business on Gehna’s name and it’s a surprise for Gehna. Gehna learns about Surya’s surprise from Praful.
