Episode starts with Sai helping Virat to relief his pain by giving him physiotherapy treatment. He gets lost in her as she continues her procedure. She finishes it and gets elated as he doesn’t feel uncomfortable or any sort of pain during the session. She compliments herself for doing it well and teases him asking if he doesn’t wanted to give any trouble to her and that is why haven’t complained about pain during the treatment? He avoids to reply her, while she removes the tied clothe around him. She makes him sleep on the bed and advice to avoid lying on his left side due to the surgery. He soon falls asleep while she corrects his posture and smiles looking at his relaxed face.
Here, Sai prays for Virat’s well-being and determines to cure him as soon as possible. Whereas, she gets a message from Samrat at that time and replies him back that Virat is fine and is relieved from pain. She also tells that he slept and ask them not to worry about him. Whereas, everyone sees the message on the group and gets relieved.
Shivani also sees the message and decides to check on Virat. She goes out of her room and then knocks Sai’s room. She learns about Virat’s condition from Sai and shows gratitude towards her for helping Virat. Whereas, Sai hesitates but then questions Shivani about Rajiv.
Elsewhere, Shivani gets furious at Sai and starts scolding her. Sai immediately takes Shivani out of the room, in order to not disturb Virat’s sleep. Shivani questions Sai that how she learnt about Rajiv? To which latter replies that she has seen Shivani throwing the cake into the dustbin and so got curious and opened the box to find Rajiv’s note.
Shivani rebukes Sai and ask her to stay away from her personal matter. She warns Sai and throws her out of the room. She locks herself inside the room and breaksdown, while Sai gets worried for her and determines to find about the truth to help Shivani.
Ahead, Sai greets Virat as he wakes up in the morning. She tries to initiate a conversation but he ignores her and then gives money to her for her physiotherapy session. She felt hurt but then takes remembering their deal. Where, Virat also gets emotional seeing her efforts but then remembers her allegations and determines not to forgive her.
Sai notify Ashwini about Virat’s state and says that he needs two more physiotherapy session. She tells that Virat wants some other doctor to do rest of the session and assures that he will be fine. While, Ashwini signals Sai with a thumbs up sign but doesn’t relly anything. Whereas, Mohit drops Sai to her college, while the latter ask about Rajiv from him and he replies that Shivani was about to marry him but then something happened and their marriage got cancelled.
Further, Pakhi taunts Samrat for supporting Sai while he mocks her for getting close to him, imagining him to be Virat. He warns her not to question him anymore. Whereas, Sai sees her final exams list, Pulkit ask her to pay full attention to it. She assures to give her full effort and says that she wants to show her gratitude towards Virat by scoring good in her exams. But, she also gets sad remembering his statement about their marriage deal, which will end when she will become a doctor.
Precap:- Sai states that there is a way to learn English in 15 days. Whereas, there is also a book to teach how to operate kidneys, as well as how to eat chowmin in space. But, gets sad complaining that there isn’t anyone to teach her how to pacify her husband. She gets unhappy while at that time she receives an unknown call. She becomes elated after talking to the unknown person.
