Episode begins with Doctor reveals that Surya’s right side kidney has been damaged completely and now left side kidney also going to damage which shocks everyone. Gehna asks him that how to save Surya. He suggests kidney transplant. Dada asks him to prepare for kidney transplant and don’t worry about money.
Doctor tells him that, that’s a long process and it’s not easy to get kidney donor. He says that if anyone from family agreed to donate kidney then that would be good. Dadi and Dada tells Doctor that they are ready to donate kidney to Surya. Doctor tells them that their age and medical condition won’t allow them to donate kidney.
Gehna tells Doctor that she is ready to give her kidney. Surya denies to get her kidney. Suhani says that if Sikandar was here then he would have donated his kidney to Surya. Gehna tells her that Sikandar can’t come out of jail but the latter can donate her kidney. Surya says that he don’t want to put Suhani’s life in danger. Dadi says that Suhani is perfect donor. Suhani says that she will save Surya.
Later, Gehna tells Dada and Dadi that Doctor is fake and everything is her plan. They gets relieved that Surya is fine. She tells them that she is doing all this to expose Suhani but she is feeling guilty because Surya facing all this. They tells her that she is not doing anything wrong and they are with her.
Suhani hires a Nurse to take care of Surya. Dadi tells Gehna that Suhani ruined her plan. Gehna asks her to not worry. Later, Gehna scares Nurse with Dada and Dadi’s help. She gives tea to Nurse and lies to her that this house is weird and leaves the room. Nurse hears a noise and comes out of the room and gets scared. She screams and everyone comes out of their room. She runs out of the house. Dadi asks that who will take care of Surya now. Suhani says that she has to take care of herself to donate kidney.
Dadi says that she will stay in Surya’s room to take care of him. Surya denies and asks Gehna to stay in his room and she is not allowed to sleep and goes inside. Gehna tells Suhani that like she said Surya himself taking her to his room and goes inside.
Next day, Surya wakes up and finds Gehna sleeping in sitting position. He covers her with shawl. She wakes up and asks him that why he cares about her if he don’t love her then. He asks her to bring tea for him for his headache. She returns and gives head massage to him. They are about to kiss each other but stops themselves. She gives tea to him and leaves the room.
Gehna gives diet food to Suhani to torture her. Suhani asks her to get today’s appointment not tomorrow. Later, Gehna wonders that how Suhani is ready to donate kidney to Surya. Dada and Dadi tells her that Suhani won’t donate her kidney and she is playing mind games with her for sure.
In the hospital, Suhani and Surya leaves for surgery. Suhani asks Dadi to take care of Surya if something happened to her then. Gehna decides to stop the surgery.
