The episode starts with Shalaka noticing Pratha on the terrace and tells her that she loves Rishabh and asks Pratha why can’t she go to Neelgiri’s mansion to treat her condition then you don’t need to act this fake pregnancy drama which is causing Rishabh to hate you. Pratha tells she doesn’t want to talk about it. Shalaka asks her what happened in that mansion. Mehek says today is uttarayan full moon day and it’s also a similar night like past and she tells Shalaka that her Mom tells them that their grand Mom is Shesh Naagin who has Naagmani and next her grandaughter will have that and I prayed Shiv Ji to become Shesh Naagin and Pratha used to pray for her husband.
Shalaka asks what had happened on Utrayan’s full moon’s midnight. Pratha gets angry and says she doesn’t want to talk about it. Shalaka says they can’t leave Pratha in this condition. Mahek says today is also a similar night and she knows how to take Pratha there. Mehek cries in pain. Pratha senses her sister is in danger. She enters Neelgiri’s mansion to save her where she finds Mehek is fine. Shalaka asks her to cure herself by applying the lep. Pratha asks why she arranged a trap for her even after knowing what happened in the mansion.
It’s shown Mehek and Pratha’s Dad is human and their mother is a snake. Pratha’s mother performs Abhishek to Mehek. She asks her to drink milk to become Shesh Naagin. Some guys enter that mansion in a drunken state and they kill Pratha’s Dad and Brother. Mehek is about to drink the milk when the moon rays fall on milk to become Shesh naagin but those men drag her with them. Pratha mother insists Pratha to drink the milk before time gets ended and she makes Pratha drinks it forcefully. Pratha becomes Shesh Naagin seeing the pain of her sister. She warns those men to leave her sister. They leave in fear but a fire erupts in the mansion. She kills those men and her parents died in the mansion. Her Mom leaves her last breath to take care of Naagmani and Mehek. Pratha can’t bear the pain of losing her family. Mehek comforts her telling her she becomes Shesh Naagin as it’s God’s blessing. Pratha tells her that she is going to Shiv Bhoomi and takes an oath that she will never enter the mansion which caused the death of her parents. Mehek says the professor called us then we came out to save the nation. Shalaka and Mehek apply lep to Pratha’s burn marks. Shalaka and Mehek tells Pratha that she loves Rishabh. Pratha denies but Mehek asks her to accept it. Shalaka tells her that she is waiting for a chance to rectify her mistake. Pratha forgives her mistake and gives her the boon that she is Naagin from here onwards. Shalaka thanks her and leaves telling them they will definitely find 3rd asur.
The next day Pratha asks Mehek to help to tell everyone that she is not pregnant. At the dining table, Seema sends Rishabh to bring Pratha. Pratha falls on the floor because of water poured by Mehek. Rishabh notices her and takes her to her room. He calls Rehaan to call Doctor. Doctor checks her. Seema asks if the baby is fine. Doctor tells them Pratha is not pregnant and what she experienced is fake alarming signs of pregnancy. Seema tells Pratha that no need to feel worried and asks her to get ready for Rehaan’s engagement. They leave. Rishabh asks Pratha why she lied to his Mom. Pratha says you don’t love me and that’s why you blamed me as you don’t trust me. Anya calls Rishabh to help them with arrangements.
Rehaan’s family welcomes Samaira. Inspector Vijay arrives at the engagement and tells Pratha that he will inform her if he gets any clues. She smiles seeing Mehek and Vijay. She asks him to attend engagement party. He agrees. She asks Mehek to spend time with Vijay. Mehek tells her about the hoodie she found. Rishabh tells Reem that he is feeling bad for doubting Pratha’s character. Reem asks him to not shift his attention as she can be a traitor too and she is spending a good time with Yash too. Vijay meets Mehek. Rehaan’s Dad sees string in Mehek’s hand and tells her that it belongs to Rehaan.
Mehek realises Rehaan is the killer of Diya. Rehaan gets engaged to Samaira. Mehek informs Pratha about it. Pratha tells they need solid proof. Mehek tells her that she finds a video against him. Pratha tells she will kill Reehaan and won’t let him spoil another girl life. Pratha asks Rehaan to enjoy. Seema asks youngsters to enjoy and they go to have food. Youngsters play antyakshari. Team Yash vs Rishabh. Rishabh sends Pratha to Yash team. Reem makes Pratha jealous with her closeness with Rishabh. Yash makes Rishabh feels jealous. Pratha thinks to take Rahaan with her to punish him. Mehek intentionally pours juice on him. He goes to change. Pratha closes the good and is changes to Naagin form. Rishabh tries to search for Pratha. Reem tells him they need to neet her men in the jungle to find about Pratha and her Dad. Pratha thinks to kill Rehaan to fulfill her promise to Diya.
