The episode starts with Tejo, Fateh and all getting shocked on seeing Fateh and Tejo’s intimate scene from holi playing on the screen. Fateh stops the video. Tejo remembers Fateh saying that election should be win with intelligence and misunderstands that he leaked the video. Tejo sits on the chair getting shocked. Fateh moves to Tejo and cries. Abhiraj stops Fateh and fights with Fateh holding his collar. Buzzo and Amrik make Abhiraj away from Fateh. Abhiraj how he dared to do like this with Tejo. Fateh says to everyone that he hasn’t done it. Rupy falls holding his chest shocking all. They rush him to the hospital. Kushbeer asks Fateh who did this cheap act, it can’t be anyone from Rupy’s party. Fateh says that he doesn’t know, he will kill that person. He leaves for now Tejo needs him.
At the hospital Rupy is taken to OT. Angad pacifies Satti. Angad assures Satti that Rupy will be fine as one of the top heart surgeon is treating him. Tejo also says that Angad is right, she hugs her crying. Other hand Kushbeer asks his party members how that video came here, who did this cheap act. He says that he will take his nomination back if he gets to know that anyone from their party did since he doesn’t want to win humiliating a family. Satti says that she didn’t expect Fateh can do this, Rupy always told that Fateh isn’t right person, but she didn’t listen to him, but understood it today. She says that she won’t forgive him.Tejo says that she didn’t expect that Fateh can stoop so low. Kushbeer party members say that they won’t spare the one who did, but all this is common in election. Fateh and Amrik reach hospital. Jasmine sees Amrik. She goes to him and says that doctor said that Rupy got heart attack and cries. Amrik hugs Jasmine and pacifies her that Rupy will be fine. He says that he is with her. Jasmine asks if she forgave her. He says yes. Jasmine says that she did very wrong with him and apologizes to him. Amrik says that they will talk about it later. Jasmine asks about Fateh and asks why he did like this. Amrik says that Fateh hasn’t done this.
Fateh comes to the hospital to know how Rupy is. Sandhus scold Fateh and ask him to leave. Fateh goes to Tejo to explain. Tejo slaps Fateh and asks why he has done like this. She lashes out at him. Fateh swears that he hasn’t done this. Tejo refuses to believe Fateh. She says that she doesn’t want to ses his face and asks him to get out. Angad requests Fateh to leave as the situation isn’t fine. Fateh refuses to leave Tejo alone. Angad comforts Tejo hugging. Fateh sees this and feels bad.
Nurse says that Rupy needs blood. Tejo says to take her blood as they both have same blood group. Satti says that Tejo can’t give blood as she hasn’t had food since morning. Tejo says that she’s fine and requests to take her blood. The nurse goes to ask the doctor. Fateh sees this. Virks arrvie there. Kushbeer says to Tejo that Rupy will be fine, they will pray for his recovery and promises to not spare the person who did it. Tejo removes Kushbeer’s hand from her shoulder. Hangad says that Fateh has done this. Kushbeer says that Fateh can’t even think of doing this. Sattti requests Kushbeer to leave and cries. The virks leave.
The Virks are in Gurudwara. Kushbeer pray for Rupy. The nurse informs the Sandhus that a man gave blood for Rupy. Satti blesses that man. Fateh sees this and remembers A FB in which he told the nurse that his blood group is O negative and he can give blood to anyone and asks to take his blood. He requests the nurse to tell it to Sandhus. The nurse agrees. FB ends.
Kushbeer tells the inspector to find the culprit, who leaked Fateh-Tejo video. The inspector assures to catch the culprit and takes leave. Gurpreet says that Fateh stayed in the hospital whole night. He called and said that Rupy’s health is better now and got shifted to the normal. He needs to gain his consciousness. Kushbeer thanks God. In the hospital Amrik gives Fateh clothes to change.
Rupy gains consciousness. He apologizes to Tejo that this all happened because of him. Tejo says that this isn’t his fault. Rupy calls out Angad and requests him to marry Tejo shocking Tejo and all. Fateh hears this standing outside the ward and gets shocked. Angad says that he agrees if Tejo also wants the same. Rupy asks Tejo’s answer. Tejo looks at Fateh and recalls all the recent happenings and Fateh’s words. She agrees to marry Angad shocking Fateh. Rupy joins Fateh and Tejo’s hands. Tejo looks at Fateh.
