The episode starts with Manav requesting permission to question Ekta. Judge permits and Manav goes ahead. Manav asks if she ever visited Vaibhav’s house but she refuses. Manav will request to call Hanuman Saini in the witness box and he gets called. Vaibhav wonders who’s it when Manav introduces him as the auto driver. He asks Hanuman if he dropped anyone from his colony to Vijaya Nagar and he agrees and points at Ekta. Manav recalls getting his number from Sakshi. Meera says that just because she visited Vijaya Nagar doesn’t mean she visited Kapoor’s House. Ekta blurts out that she went there to see Vaibhav’s mansion.
Manav mocks her for her reason. Meera calls it all a suspicion when Manav says that he wants to present a photo where Ekta took money from Akanksha. Ekta gets scared of going to jail and blurts out the truth that it was Akanksha who paid her to do so. Meera wonders how come Manav knows well about law. Ayesha calls Shenoy to ask about the situation and he says party just started. Meera says that Shenoy is helping Manav with the case despite his license getting cancelled. Shenoy says that he’s not fighting but just giving moral support just like Vaibhav does for her.
Meera calls Kaushal’s wife Leena in witness box. Leena comes there and Meera asks Leena if it’s true that Akanksha left Manav due to his abusive behaviour. Leena refuses and says that Akanksha left Manav and Yadhu for her selfish reason. She calls Akanksha a greedy woman. Meera asks if Yadhu broke her house window in his fury just like Manav’s anger replica. Leena laughs it off saying that it happens when kids play cricket shocking Meera and her team. Meera ends her discussion and Manav takes over. Vaibhav asks why did they bring Leena as witness and Meera blames Akanksha. Akanksha recalls asking Leena to support her in court but Kaushal and Leena had other plans. Manav asks Leena to explain about Manav’s character. She calls Manav a loving and rightful guy who never did anything wrong in his whole life but the greedy Akanksha left him for money and went to Vaibhav Kapoor.
She says that Manav is like Ram and the Ravan Vaibhav Kapoor broke his family. She says that no one can give a good upbringing to Yadhu as much as Manav does. She pleads Judge to not give the custody to Akanksha and spoil the kid’s life. Manav asks Leena about another lady staying in the house as accused by Akanksha. Leena says that Manav didn’t bring her but God himself sent her to fulfil the duties of Akanksha which she failed to do. Manav thanks her and she leaves. Manav then calls Akanksha’s mentor Maya Xavier in witness box. Vaibhav gets happy thinking that she would give witness in their favour. But to his shock, she exposed Vaibhav from the time he made her hire Akanksha to showing her fake dreams and greedy Akanksha falling for it. Manav then calls Akanksha’s mother in witness box. She ends her statement saying that she’s ashamed to give birth to most selfish person in the world and pleads Judge to give the custody to Manav.
Manav then wants to interrogate Akanksha. He asks Akanksha if its true that he abused her recently as she gave statement and Akanksha says yes. He asks her to show the marks on her body and she does. Manav says that he would now show the real video of Akanksha getting hurt. He plays the video where Vaibhav abuses Akanksha to present witness in hearing. They all gets shocked when Manav recalls Babli helping him staying in Akanksha’s house and recording Vaibhav’s video as well as Ekta getting money upon Shenoy’s saying. Manav says that he also have the real video of Akanksha and his during Akanksha seducing night but Akanksha pleads Manav to not to play it.
Precap : Yadhu will give statement against Manav and Meera say Judge that Manav is not capable to raise Yadhu.
