The episode starts with Ridesh injects medicine to an unconscious Gungun and then asks the nurse to check her condition. Anubhav and others wait outside. Ridesh tells that his happiness is to see her happy face. Gungun open her eyes. Ridesh and Golu gets happy. Golu tells this to his gang which leads Anubhav and others to come and see. Gungun asks Ridesh what happened to her and why she is here. Ridesh asks Gungun why did she left the house and drive the car fastly. The another doctor asks Ridesh to not to question Gungun because it will stress her.
Ridesh tells the doctor that he forget that he is a doctor too. Gungun tells Ridesh that she want to go to home but Ridesh asks her to wait until the report comes. He also assures Gungun that her car is fine he has taken care of everything so asks her to not to stress much when Gungun worried about her car. Ridesh asks the nurse to take care of Gungun and comes out of the room. He gets angry seeing Anubhav and asks him what is he doing here.
Anubhav says that he is here to see Gungun. Ridesh asks him to leave saying he or Gungun dont want his fake sympathy for them and leaves the place. Yug and Amit agrees with Ridesh and questions Anubhav why is he here and Yug asks Amit to take Anubhav to the house so that he can make arrangements for his next ritual for his wedding.
Anubhav asks why they are also behaving that he is the one who made a mistake here. Amit tells that he broke the marriage alliance with Gungun they can understand but straight away he agreed to marry Akriti who is Gungun’s sister which is not at all right. He doesn’t know whether Gungun loves him or not but his this behavior hurt her the most. Golu tells that he knows Gungun loves Anubhav but like Ridesh told Gungun fails to express her feelings in words.
Anubhav refuses to believe it and says that Gungun hates him. Yug asks Anubhav his feelings for Gungun. Anubhav tells neither he loves Gungun nor he hates her also he is worried about her on humanity basis. Golu and gang gets upset and asks Anubhav to leave without meeting Gungun but Anubhav refuses and goes to meet Gungun. Golu asks Yug and Amit what is the need for Anubhav to meet Gungun. They all looks upset.
Anubhav asks the nurse permission to enter the room. The nurse asks Anubhav to not to stress Gungun. Anubhav obliges. He then calls Gungun’s name and the latter opens her eyes and looks at Anubhav. She recalls everything that happened and calls nurse to make Anubhav to leave. Anubhav asks Gungun to give him two minutes to talk to her. She asks why he is here. If he is here to make sarcastic taunts or for formality to tell get well soon she is better off without any of this and asks him to leave because tomorrow is his Haldi ceremony and he need to make preparations.
Anubhav sits the near by chair and asks Gungun how is she feeling. Gungun tells that she is alive. Anubhav asks her injuries are not that bad right. Gungun taunts him to which Anubhav asks her why she is not giving a simple reply to his questions. He then tells that the inspector told that she drove the car rashly and asks her what is the reason behind it also why she didn’t take a driver with her. Gungun tells Anubhav 5that he is not her father so she don’t think she need to answer him back. Anubhav thinks to Gungun why she is not telling him that she is upset that he is getting married to Akriti.
Gungun thinks to herself that she won’t tell anything about her to Anubhav. She then tells that his two minutes time is over and asks him to leave. Nurse comes there and asks Gungun to not to take stress also asks Anubhav to not to trigger Gungun then goes to bring a medicine for her. Anubhav tells that he will leave if Gungun is having problem and decides to leave but stops when Gungun asks him why he didnt invited her to his engagement.
Anubhav asks Gungun if she would have arrived if he invited. Gungun says absolutely after all Akriti is her sister. She also tells that she would have bought gifts for him. Anubhav tells that why she is worry about the gifts only. Gungun tells they have more important topic to discuss which is his wedding and asks about the preparation. She also says that his family members must be happy that they get a perfect daughter in law Akriti.
Golu and gang enters the room and asks Gungun about her health condition. Gungun tells that she is surprised to see them here. They reminds her about their visit the other day when she fall ill to which Gungun says that time is different than this. Golu tells she is same both the time and her love and care for them also.
Gungun questions why they didn’t invited her to the wedding. They all looks shocked. Gungun tells that from bride side she got the invitation so she will attend the wedding for sure and says after all the groom’s wedding gift is still pending. Anubhav looks at her.
Ridesh enters the room and asks Anubhav why he is here even after he told him not to. Anubhav tells Ridesh that he is here to check up on Gungun. Ridesh taunts him and says neither him nor Gungun want his fake sympathy. He then tells Gungun that her report is normal so they can go to their house now. Anubhav and others gets relived hearing it. Gungun struggles to get up from her bed and when Anubhav decides to help her Ridesh stops him.
Gungun hugs Ridesh and asks him not to stay upset with her for what she did saying he is the only one in this world who understands her also promises not to drive the car over the speed limit. Ridesh gives assurance and leaves the place. Anubhav gets emotional but hides it. Gungun and Ridesh reaches their house. She asks about Maya and Ridesh tells she went to sleep also she isn’t aware that Gungun is discharging tonight.
Gungun asks Ridesh that why God made so many people in this world because end of the day there will be one or two people who will be there by their side during the hard times. Ridesh tells he don’t know but for him she is the only person who is important to him. Gungun asks Ridesh to not to stay upset with Garima Garima because as a mother whatever she did is right. Ridesh tells that he is upset with her for hiding it from him.
Gungun then makes a request to buy a gift for Anubhav for his wedding. Ridesh gives in when Gungun persuades. Gungun tells Ridesh her emotions are all over the place and she doesn’t know how to express it. She then puts her head on Ridesh’s shoulder and asks him to not to leave her ever because he is the only one who understands her. Ridesh promises her that he wont and kisses her head. Gungun closes her eyes.
Precap: Anubhav and Akriti take pherase. Anubhav receives a call and gets shocked. He meets Gungun in a police station. He fills her hairline with vermilion. Later Gungun comes to a place the same time Anubhav comes there with Akriti. Anubhav glares at Gungun.
