Episode begins with Kanak and Swara lies to Surya that Gehna shot Suhani which shocks him. On the other hand, Doctor informs Gehna that Suhani’s condition is critical. Surya reaches the hospital and asks Doctor that if Suhani is fine. Doctor tells him he will try his level best to save her. And hospital staff takes Suhani to the operation theatre. Surya drags Gehna and leaves the hospital. She asks him that where is he taking her but he remains silent and drives his car. Swara notices that and wonders that where are they going.
Gehna gets scared and pleads Surya to stop the car. He stops the car in a forest. He tells her that he never thought she will shot Suhani in hatred. She asks him that how can he even think about her like this. He asks her to not act. He tells her that he is ashamed that he loved her once. He regrets for meeting her. He tells her that she ruined his family. He asks her to not show her face to him again. She tells him that he misunderstood everything. She pleads him to not leave and says that she is innocent. He curses her to die and leaves from there.
In the hospital, Doctor informs Surya that Suhani is out of danger now. Surya thanks him. Doctor asks Surya to thank Gehna because it’s her who brought Suhani to the hospital at right time. Dadi scolds Surya for doubting Gehna and tells him to use his mind. She asks him that if his heart really thinks that Gehna can shot Suhani. He recalls that how Gehna celebrated his birthday and also how he cursed her in a forest.
Tree branch falls on Gehna and she struggles to escape. She hears noise and thinks that Surya returned, but gets shocked seeing Swara there. Swara asks her goons to help Gehna. Gehna asks for water. Swara asks Gehna that if the latter is fine. Gehna thanks her for saving the life. Swara tells her that she is not here to help her. Gehna asks her that what the latter wants from her. Swara tells her that she wants Surya. She says to her that she lost her father because of her and her mother is not with her. So she will snatch Surya from her. She tells Goons that they can do whatever they wants to do with Gehna. She asks Gehna to not worry about Surya because she will take care of him and leaves from there. Goons holds Gehna.
Meanwhile, Surya recalls the moments he shared with Gehna. Dadi asks him about Gehna saying that she feels like he did something wrong. Police inspector comes there and asks Surya about Gehna. He reveals that they could catch the criminals with her help only. Surya leaves the hospital. Swara’s goons tries to kill Gehna.
