The episode starts with Neeti calling Rajeev and asking why he leaves without meeting her and requesting him to accept her sorry for pranking him and telling him that she will prepare food for him. Rajeev thinks Neeti doesn’t know anything and he agrees with her. Neeti tells she will shop groceries and asks him to come at 9 pm. Nurse asks the couple to fill out the form. Rajeev brings the bag inside thinking this girl is lucky as for the first time Neeti said sorry to me. Neeti calls Parineet. Rajeev takes out Parineet phone. Before he attends it stops. Neeti notices her charge is drained. Lady asks Rajeev to check the Patient bag to check the I’d. Rajeev drops the bag. Riti scolds him. Om apologized to Rajeev. Riti asks what to write in the relationship column.
Police arrive and asks about the accident. Om tells him they called them. Om and Niti go with the police asking Rajeev to fill out the form. Nurse tells he has to write his address of him if he is not her husband. Rajeev ticks that he is her husband. Ward boy asks his help to take Parineet to the room. He helps her without seeing her face. Her mangalsutra struck to his watch. Rajeev thinks to see her face thinking if it’s Parineet? Doctor takes Parineet’s stretcher inside. Rajeev thinks it can’t be Pari as she can’t come out from her place.
Neeti notices Parineet didn’t return home then she calls Pari again. Riti attends the call and tells her that Parineet met with an accident. She is fine and admitted to the city hospital. Rajeev tells Omi that he is leaving. Omi thanks him for helping them. Niti says seems like we have had a relationship with her since the last birth. Rajeev realizes he broke her balloon and tells them that hisaab barabar as he asked them to convey it to the patient. He leaves.
Neeti enters the hospital. Rajeev leaves without seeing her. Doctor tells Neeti that Parineet is fine. Neeti thanks Doctor and Omi, Riti. Riti tells deserving person other thanks left just before and conveys Rajeev message. Neeti says I thought he is good but he is not. Neeti cries seeing Parineet and prays for her. Parineet wakes up saying Rajeev. Neeti tells she is with her. Parineet tells how she saw Rajeev and he brought me to the hospital. Neeti says some couple brings you here. Parineet says he might be with them. She goes to search. She turns everyone saying, Rajeev. Neeti tries to stop her. Parineet asks Neeti to trust her. She asks the staff to give the form to her. Neeti tells if it’s Rajeev then he may never leave and she conveys his message to her. Pari tells she saw Rajeev. Neeti asks her to not worry telling her they can search for him. Parineet says she is giving worried to Rajeev and I got loving husband but I’m not able to reach him. Neeti asks her to not cry by assuring her that she will meet Rajeev soon. Parineet asks her to take her from the hospital. Neeti talks about the discharge procedure.
Rajeev tells Monty that he got scared seeing similar mangalsutra like Pari. Monty asks what he will do if Parineet comes infront of him. Rajeev says she can never leave her village and asks him to not talk about Parineet. Monty asks won’t he feel guilty. Rajeev says I’m not guilty as I don’t love her. Parineet thinks she loves Rajeev.

Precap – Neeti accepts Sanju’s proposal. Parineet asks shopkeeper to show good lehengas to Neeti for her engagement. Mandeep tries hard to cancel the trip of Gurpreet to Chandigarh.
