The episode starts with Rishita saying to Raavi that like Shiva wants move ahead in life by studying, Dev wants to move ahead in his business which is good for the future generation. Raavi asks if they will risk the relations of the current generation for that. Dev stops Rishita and says to Suman that he wants her and Gautam’s blessings for his new beginning. He says that he is doing for her child since he doesn’t want his child has the childhood that they had.

Dev takes Suman’s blessings. Gautam blesses Dev. Dev asks about Dhara. Gautam says that Dhara has gone out of the town with Hardik. Dev and Rishita leave. Shiva gets angry. Gautam advises Shiva. He says that he is scared that Dev will move ahead of him which is wrong. He says him to compete with Dev and prove himself better.

Dev and Rishita are in the shop. One customer taunts Dev that he got the shop because of his wife and his family hasn’t come to support him. A man is announcing about Gujarat competition to win money. Shiva gets the poster and reads the details about the competition. Shiva glares at Dev before entering the shop. Dev thinks that he will forget his anger if Shiva will talk to him leaving his anger. He says that if his shop development, Pandya house will get the profit.

Janardan worries that Dev will have a change of heart by staying near his brothers and will give the shop on his brothers name. He regrets register the shop on Dev’s name instead of Rishita’s name. Kamini suggests sending Dev out of the city for a while on the pretext of getting rations for the shop. They can make some plan before he returns.

In the shop Rishita says to Dev, who waits for his family’s arrival, that no one will come. At Pandya house Gautam tries to convince Suman to support Dev, who wants to run his own business. Suman says that she would have supported if it doing it by himself and not with someone’s help. Gautam says that he won’t force Suman and leaves.

Dev and Rishita get busy handling the customer. Shiva and Raavi get worried that they didn’t have the first sale of day. Shiva thinks of doing something. He offers some discount. Gautam comes to the shop. He takes few steps towards Dev’s shop, but comes back. Shiva asks Gautam to admit that he feels bad on seeing Dev working in the shop gifted by Janardan.

Gautam sees the discount offers and says to Shiva that he doesn’t like either that he broke their principle for the competition. Shiva says that their father used to change their principle according to the market. Gautam says that his unable to accept the change. He feels that he got split in two different part and he is between stranger.

Rishita gets Janardan’s call. She says to Dev that they will come after having the lunch. They begin to leave. They notice Gautam and Dev talking and the discounts offers written on the board. They leave. Gautam leaves getting upset with Shiva. The latter says Gautam will understand one day that he is doing all this for his family and shop. He asks Raavi if she believes him.

Rishita says to Dev that Gautam was happy for them in front of them, but he didn’t come to their shop instead supporting Dev against them. He is giving discount just to compete with them. Janardan says that Dev has to go to Mumbai and Delhi to get new stocks for their shop. Rishita says that there’s flight after four hours. Janardan says to Dev to leave to get the stocks while he will handle the shop with Rishita. Dev agrees. Raavi says that they can’t run the shop only by offering discounts, she says that they have to invest some money in the business to compete with them. Shiva decides to take part in the Gujarat competition.

Gautam sees two brothers fighting and envisions Dev and Shiva fighting. He goes to the brothers and scolds them for fighting. He sadly moves from there. Janardan mocks Gautam and says that neither Gautam nor Dhara can save his family from getting scattered this time. He vows to split his family. Gautam looks on shocked.

The episode ends.

Precap: Gautam is chased by a man with knife. Gautam hits by a truck and faints. Shiva is trying to contact Gautam.
