Episode begins with Prithvi tells Luthras that he will handle everything and asks them to trust him. He adds that this is his family and he is protective about them. He requests them to not trust Preeta because her intention is different. Kareena tells him that they also saw live telecast and learnt that Preeta want to save Karan for money. Preeta enters the house. Prithvi tauntingly tells her that she can begin her acting now. Preeta thinks that she can’t tell her true intention to Rakhi and she has to become strong emotionally. She tells him that she don’t want to say anything and she is already worried thinking that how much money she has to spend to save Karan. She adds that she should not have allowed Karan to play cricket and goes to take rest saying that she is tired.
In the police station, Karan asks Sameer that why no one from family didn’t come to meet him. He asks him about Mahesh. Sameer tells him that Mahesh is fine. Karan says that he thought to make his family proud of him but all this happened. Sameer tells him that it looks like the culprit doesn’t want him to become popular and powerful. Karan tells him that Preeta doesn’t want him to become more powerful than her. Sameer asks him that why Preeta will do that. Karan tells him that Preeta can do that for money and power.
On the other hand, Preeta tells Mahesh to wake-up and support her because she needs his support. She says that she can’t fight alone this time and she lost all her courage. She adds that she don’t know that who trapped Karan and how can she fight against the unknown enemy. She tells him that she won’t back off and she will get Karan out of police station for sure. She says that she will protect Luthras no matter what.
Srishti tells Karan that he misunderstood Preeta. Karan says that Prithvi won’t lose anything if he become popular so Prithvi is not behind this. He says that Preeta don’t want to lose Luthra industries that’s why she did all this. She tells him that Preeta is not money-minded person. He tells her that Preeta came to save him as his business partner. He adds that Preeta is really smart and just money matters for her. He asks Sameer to trust him over Preeta. Sameer informs him that they hired Lawyer already and asks him to not worry.
Sherlyn tells Prithvi that Preeta won’t stay silent. He tells her that Preeta can’t save Karan no matter what. He informs her that even Karan don’t trust Preeta this time. So Karan’s mistrust will break his and Preeta’s relationship. He adds that Luthras will respect him. Meanwhile, Preeta calls Malkani and asks about private investigator’s number. He tells her that he will message her. She gets private investigator Madan’s number and calls him.
Srishti tells Sameer that he knows that why Preeta staying in Luthra house then how can he behave weird. He tells her that Karan is upset because of Preeta. She asks him that if he thinks that Preeta is behind all this. He tells her that he trust Karan and cries saying that he can’t see Karan like this. She consoles him. He tells her that he will take Karan’s side always and leaves from there.
