Episode begins with Sikandar informs his family about party. He shows party outfit to Surya saying that they will wear same design and colour and leaves from there. Suhani follows him and asks him about his intention. He tells her that she understands him very well. He reveals that Surya has to die now. She tells him that Surya is his younger brother and her son and no matter what she won’t let him kill Surya. He tells her that Surya becoming a threat for them. She suggests to send Surya far away. He asks her that how dare she to talk to him like that. He says that if Surya and Gehna reunites then he will lose his empire and he can’t take that risk. He tells her that she has to kill Surya and gives poison to her and leaves from there.
On the other hand, Gehna informs Paresh about Sikandar’s plan. She asks him to tell about it to Surya. Paresh asks her that why Surya will believe him when he didn’t even believe her. She tells him that they have to do something to save Surya. He tells her that he will do something and leaves from there. She thinks that she has to go out of jail to save Surya.
Later, Gehna notices don lady sleeping and pours water on her face. She instigates her deliberately. Don lady stabs Gehna. Jail staffs admits Gehna in the hospital. Meanwhile, Surya and Sikandar gets ready for party. Surya learns that someone stabbed Gehna and leaves for the hospital. Sikandar tells Suhani that this is why Surya has to die.
In the hospital, Gehna regains her consciousness and tries to escape from there. She gets shocked seeing Abhay there. He asks her that why she gets shocked seeing Doctor in the hospital. He adds that he should stay near Kajal. She tells him that she is Gehna and she won’t get treatment from him. He reminds her that she is prisoner now. He tells her that he can help her to escape if she agreed to live with him then. He adds that he loves her so much still. She agrees to go with him. She tells him that she needs two hours to finish one work. He nods at her.
Surya reaches the hospital and cops didn’t let Surya enter Gehna’s room. Gehna escapes from the hospital. Cops ousts Surya out of the hospital. Arjun takes Surya from there. Gehna hides in their car dicky. They reaches the house. Arjun asks Surya to smile because Sikandar throw this party for him. They goes inside home.

Precap – Suhani asks Sikandar that if it is necessary to kill Surya. He tells her that they have to give poison to Surya. Gehna overhears their conversation who is disguised herself as waiter.
