The episode starts with Gungun coming back home. She wonders if Ridhesh had food. She goes to check. She requests Ridhesh to open the door. She doesn’t get any response and thinks that he’s still angry. She apologize for have gone to Akriti and Anubhav wedding. She explains that they have called by phoning her. She says that Anubhav is cruel, he wanted her to see his wedding after applying vermillion on her forehead, so she also went applying vermillion. But she didn’t tell anyone her husband name despite all questioning her. She requests him to open the door and gets worried when she doesn’t get any response.
She checks through the window and gets shocked on seeing Ridhesh lying unconscious. She calls out driver and the guard for help. The driver and the guard arrive. She says to them that Ridhesh is unconscious and the door is locked from inside. He can’t open the door, so they have to break it. The driver and the gaurd are trying to break the door. Gungun calls Ridhesh friend, Shyaam, to bring ambulance.
The driver and the guard break the door. Gungun cries trying to wake up Ridhesh. Few neighbors arrive there and try to comfort Gungun. Gungun blames herself for Ridhesh’s condition. Shyaam arrives with the ambulance and takes Ridhesh. The neighborhood women ask Gungun if she got married, why she didn’t tell them. Gungun says to them to be in their limit and says that she doesn’t need to tell them everything. She leaves.
At Kulshreshths Sunanda and Sargam explain the post wedding ritual to Anubhav and Akriti. The newlywed complete the ritual. Family gets happy. Garima notices Gungun’s plenty missed calls and calls Gungun. The latter asks why she’s not answering her calls when she needs her. Garima apologizes and says that the phone wasn’t with her. Gungun cries. Garima asks what happened. She asks why she’s hearing ambulance sirens sound. Gungun says that she’s in the ambulance and she’s taking Ridhesh to the hospital shocking Garima.
The latter asks what happened to Ridhesh. Gungun says that she found Ridhesh unconscious after returning home and doctor isn’t saying what happened to him. Garima confirms if she’s taking Ridhesh to his hospital and says that she’s coming. Gungun says that it’s not needed, she must be busy in her daughter’s wedding, she called her when she was alone, but now Shyaam uncle is with her. She hangs the call. Akriti and Anubhav perform ring finding ceremony.
Chandru clicks their photo. He asks why they look upset. Akriti says that she’s tired. Chandru asks them to smile for photo’s sake. Ankit says to Golu that there’s still tension between Anubhav and Akriti because of Gungun. Needi says that they all would have enjoyed these rituals if Gungun was there in Akriti’s place. Golu says that nothing can be done now, Gungun and Anubhav both got married. Yug says that maybe Gungun isn’t happy with her marriage.
Ankit says that maybe Anubhav too. Anubhav receives a call. Family asks him to receive the call after completing the ritual. Akriti finds the ring. Family teases that Anubhav has to obey to Akriti to his whole life. Akriti says that it doesn’t look so. Anubhav asks if he can leave now. Family says that yes, they need only Akriti for the remaining rituals.
Anubhav receives the call again. Family asks who is calling him again and again. Anubhav says that Garima is calling. Akriti says that she might be calling to know how she’s. She says to receive it and says that she’s fine. Anubhav nods ok. He goes apart and receives the call. Garima explains Anubhav about the situation and requests him to go to Gungun, who is alone in the hospital. Anubhav decides to go to the hospital as Gungun needs him the most now.

Precap: Charu presents a gift to Akriti. Sunanda says to Akriti to open it along with her husband. She asks where Anubhav is. Yug says that Anubhav isn’t at home shocking the family.
