The episode starts with Ranveer pushing Suhani to treat the patient. She gets nervous first but then she does his wound’s dressing. Ranveer praises her courage saying she will become the best doctor. Vikrant comes to Asha’s room and warns her saying if her son Ansh is involved in Ranveer’s kidnapping then he wont spare her or Ansh.
Asha says Ansh is not that bad, he is a doctor, he won’t harm anyone. Vikrant says Asha is lying as she is also involved. Ansh is jealous of Ranveer. Asha calls Ansh in fear and asks him if he is behind Ranveer’s kidnapping? She forces him to tell and Ansh lies that he can’t stoop this low. He is cooperating with Police to find Ranveer and Suhani. Vikrant hears that and leaves. Asha says she knew Ansh can’t do this.
Sajjad’s wife thanks Ranveer and Suhani for treating her husband. Ranveer says her daughter Tanya also saved them on time. Ranveer says now he wants to eat food made by her. Tanya’s mother agrees and serves them food. Ranveer asks her to eat but she says she is keeping fast for roja. Tanya’s mother shares her love story with Sajjad with Suhani and Ranveer.
Suhani finds similarities in her story as the latter also got married to someone else when Sajjad failed to come to marry her due to valid reason. Later they got united by going against their families’ wish. They are living separately as they were thrown out of the village. Sajjad comes and says they took lot of time to accept each other. Suhani looks at Ranveer.
Ansh and Riya keep on searching for Suhani and Ranveer. Riya says she won’t leave until they find Ranveer. Inspector shows a small house where Sajjad is living with his family. But they have been thrown out of the village. Riya says they should check there too. Ranveer gives haldi milk to Sajjad saying until the medicine shops open again he can drink haldi milk, it will give him strength.
Ranveer goes out to find Suhani and she showers rose petals on him from the balcony. She tells I love you to him loudly and they share a moment. They spend quality time together in Kashmir and visit places together. Sajjad and his wife wish for their well being. Suhani tells Ranveer that she can’t wait to be his only. She well cross all barriers to be with him. She only wants him. Ansh and Riya go to hilltop to find them and Ansh notices Ranveer and Suhani.
