Episode begins with Gehna thinks that only the injection can save Surya’s life. She prays to God for help and reaches city hospital. One boy notices blood on Gehna. He goes to her and tells her that his father is a Doctor and he can treat her. She learns that his name is Krishna and asks him to help her. She gives money and injection name to him and asks him to buy it from medical center. He buys the injection and moves towards Gehna. He looks like God Krishna for Gehna. She takes the injection from him and thanks him. She is about to meet with an accident but the taxi driver stops his taxi at right time and offers a ride. And she accepts it.
Surya’s condition gets worsen. Jamuna asks him to wait little bit. Gehna comes there and tells Surya that she won’t let anything happen to him. She notices that his body is getting cold and hesiates to inject him. Praful asks her to not think much and inject Surya. Gehna injects Surya. On the other hand, Sikandar asks taxi driver to tell that where the latter dropped Gehna. Taxi driver agrees to tell him everything.
Gehna asks Praful that why Surya is not waking up. Jamuna asks her to wait. Gehna says that they should admit Surya in the hospital. Praful reminds her that Sikandar’s goons searching her everywhere. She tells him that she can’t let Surya die like this. Sikandar comes there and says that Surya has to die. He asks Gehna to come outside. Gehna goes out and locks the door from outside. Praful and Jamuna asks her to open the door.
Sikandar tells Gehna that the game is over so no use in hiding Surya. She tells him that he can’t reach Surya until she is alive. She asks him that why he killed Anant and why he want to kill Surya. He says that he killed Anant because he was about to harm his business. And he is going to kill Surya because he is becoming dangerous. He adds that she has to die too. He points gun at her. She asks him to stop it. But he shoots her and she falls down screaming Surya’s name.
Police comes there. Police inspector tells Sikandar that they are there to arrest him for killing Anant and also for attempting to kill Surya. Gehna gets up and throws the pillow away. She tells Sikandar that he lost against her once again. She reveals that she only sent that taxi driver to him. And also she called the Police to expose him. She slaps him and tells him that he hurted her a lot and he will pay for it in the jail. He tells her that it’s not over yet. Police takes him from there. Surya regains his consciousness and takes Gehna’s name. Jamuna tells her that her love won in front of Sikandar’s hatred.
