The episode starts with Anubhav and Gungun submitting the form in the hospital’s reception. Anubhav asks how much the operation will cost. Gungun says that money isn’t important, but her dad should get best treatment. She cries. Anubhav holds Gungun’s hand. He receives Akriti’s call. Gungun takes her away. Anubhav receives the call and asks what happened. Akriti says that he left without telling anyone, they’re worried about him. She says that they got married and this is her first here day and he doesn’t think that he should be with her.
Anubhav says that she knows his family, so he doesn’t need to be a bridge between her and them. She asks where he is. Anubhav says that he is in the hospital. Akriti gets shocked and asks if he is fine. Anubhav says that he is fine, Ridhesh got a major heart attack, so he has to come urgently. Akriti asks how he got to know. She says that Gungun must be informed him. She asks with which rights Gungun informed him and he left to the hospital.
Anubhav asks if he should leave Ridhesh and Gungun in trouble just because they didn’t get married. He reminds Akriti she has relation with them and she thinks that he helped her uncle. He further says that she is giving lectures to him instead of having concern for Gungun and Ridhesh. Akriti hangs the call. Charu asks Akriti who is in the hospital. Here Gungun says to Anubav to go home, but he refuses to go leaving her alone.
Charu and family are shocked learning that Ridhesh got attack. Akriti says that she has to go to the hospital and requests them to let her go to the hospital.
Sunanda says that just now she came home and shouldn’t go out immediately. Golu says that he will go to the hospital and updy her. Sargam says Akriti to go to the hospital mort, but Akriti gets adamant to go to see Ridhesh as Gungun can’t handle it, she’s irresponsible. Goli says that Gungun’s husband must be with her. Akriti says that she doesn’t even want to tell her husband name, so she doesn’t think she will bring him in front of the world. Akriti leaves. Goli and his gang also leave.
Garima comes to the hospital. Gungun is angry with Garima and says her to leave taking her son in law. Garima refuses to leave. The nurse interrupts and calls someone to the reception. Anubhav says that he will go. Garima cries and prays to God for Ridhesh’s recovery. Gungun hugs Garima crying and says she missed her. Garima says that she also missed her. Gungun asks then why she left. Garima says that she returned to her forever. Anubhav pays the money in the cash counter. The receptionist asks about his relation with Ridhesh then she remembers that doctor Shyaam said that Anubhav is Ridhesh’s son in law.
Akriti and Golu gang come to the hospital. Akriti asks Anubhav how he is Ridhesh. Golu asks what doctor said. Anubhav says that Ridhesh got major heart attack and doctors are operating him. Yug asks about Gungun. Anubhav says that she’s outside operation theater. Akriti asks what Anubhav is doing in the reception. Anubhav says that he has come to pay deposit money.
Akriti asks why he is doing all this, Gungun’s husband must be here to do all this. Anubhav says that Gungun was alone and even her aunt has just come. Akriti is surprised that Garima is here. Anubhav reminds Akriti that Garima is Ridhesh’s sister. Golu stops Akriti and Anubhav from arguing. He says that they have to see Gungun. He says that Anubhav did good by paying money.
Garima asks Gungun where her husband is. Gungun says to not talk about it now. Akriti and Golu gang come to Gungun and ask about Ridhesh. Akriti asks Gungun about her husband. Golu says that he should be with her in this time. Akriti says that she knows that Gungun married Ranvijay and they can’t expect this from an irresponsible guy like him. Gungun says that Akriti shouldn’t bother about this all and says her to leave taking her husband. Anubhav says that he won’t leave until Ridhesh gets well. Golu smiles on hearing this.
Garima wants to go to the temple and bring prasaad for him as she strongly believes that it will help in Ridhesh’s recovery. Anubhav says that he will go. Garima says that he has already done so much for them. Gungun says that she will go and asks where the temple is. Garima tells her the location. Golu receives his family’s call. They ask him to bring Anubhav and Akriti holetfor the remaining rituals. Golu says that Anubhav said that he won’t come until Ridhesh gets well. They ask Golu to bring Akriti.
Golu says the same to Akriti and Anubhav. Akriti demands Anubhav to come with her, but he refuses. Akriti argues with him. Golu says that Anubhav is right and let him stay here. Yug apologizes to Gungun that they have to leave to complete the rituals. Gungun says that she doesn’t need anyone. Akriti asks Garima if she heard Gungun. She asks if only Gungun is her responsibility and she and her dad aren’t. She asks what dad will answer if guests asks for her. Garima says that she fulfilled her mother’s duty by staying there until her marriage and now she’s fulfilling sister’s duty. She doesn’t care if her guests understand this.

Precap: Akriti argues with Gungun. Gungun says her to leave. Akriti asks Anubhav if he is coming. Anubhav says that he will come after Ridhesh’s recovery. Guests scold Akriti. Akriti runs up stairs crying.
