Episode begins with in the hospital Doctor examines Surya. Praful asks Gehna to not worry. Doctor informs Gehna that Surya is fine for now but they need to do blood transfusion to save him. He says that Surya’s blood group is AB negative which is very rare and it’s not available in their blood bank. So if anyone from his family is AB negative then they can save Surya easily. Gehna says that her blood group won’t match with Surya’s blood group. He tells her that they don’t have much time and asks her to arrange blood as soon as possible by talking to Surya’s family members. She nods at him.
On the other hand, Suhani tells Sarika that Sikandar didn’t call her yet. Gehna calls Suhani and asks her to visit the city hospital with Sarika if she want to prove that she didn’t give poison to Surya. Suhani tells Sarika that Gehna is alive which proves that Sikandar plan flopped. After some time, Suhani and Sarika reaches the city hospital. Doctor reveals that Suhani and Sarika’s blood group didn’t match with Surya’s blood group. Paresh says that they checked everywhere but AB negative blood group is not available. Jamuna asks Gehna to not worry saying that they will find donor for sure. Gehna prays to God for Surya. Doctor informs them that they got donor and goes inside. Gehna goes to meet the donor. Nurse informs her that donor left already after donating blood.
Suhani tells Sarika that she is disappointed that she could not do anything to save Surya. She tells Gehna that she is not understanding that how to thank her and cries. Gehna tells her that she overheard her and Sikandar’s conversation about poison. So Suhani can’t fool her. Suhani promises on Sarika saying that she didn’t give poison to Surya. She asks her about Sikandar.
Gehna says that Sikandar and Arjun ended up in the jail. Sarika gets angry hearing her and defends Arjun. Suhani is about to slap Gehna for sending Sikandar to jail but Gehna holds her hand. Gehna threatens to expose all their illegal business. Suhani is confident that she can get bail for Sikandar. Gehna tells her that that won’t happen. Suhani and Sarika leaves the hospital.
Surya wakes up and notices that Gehna bleeding. She tells him that she is fine. He calls Nurse and tells her about Gehna’s bleeding. Nurse treats Gehna’s injury. Jamuna gets emotional seeing that and she stops Praful from entering the room.
Suhani and Sarika visits Sikandar and Arjun. Sikandar tells Suhani that he wants Gehna to die. Later, Jamuna feeds Gehna when Surya is sleeping. Gehna wonders that who donated blood to Surya. She recalls Suhani’s promise on Sarika. She wonders that why no one’s blood group matched with Surya. She says that there is a possibility that Suhani is not Surya’s mother.
