Episode starts with Dr. Thurat scolding Sai and ask her to leave the hospital permanently, as she requests him to let her go early. She follows him and tries to get his apology. She requests him to give her a chance and assures not to disappoint him. Whereas, he stops and agrees to let Sai leave early, but with a condition. She gets elated and shows her gratitude towards him. She promises to compensate for it on other days, whereas he looks at the gynaecologist and ask her to exchange her shift with Sai for a day. The doctor agrees, while Sai gets happy. Dr. Thurat says that Sai can leave as soon as she attends the patient in the department.
Here, Sai learns about the patient being a pregnant women, whose delivery is about to happen. Dr. Thurat ask Sai to complete the delivery and go back to her house, whereas she gets shocked and reminds him that it is her first say as an intern and she haven’t done any delivery case by her own.
Dr. Thurat taunts Sai and says that she is the topper and can do anything. She mocks about her and Virat’s love story and ask her not to move away from the department without completing her work. He leaves from there while Sai gets worried and goes to attend the patient. She sees the time and realises that she is getting late.
Elsewhere, Virat comes near the hospital and parks his car. He waits for Sai and then ask the guard about the timing of interns, to which he advice him to ask from the receptionist. But, Virat doesn’t go inside as he doesn’t wants to ruin Sai’s impression. He waits for Sai, while Ashwini calls him asking about their whereabouts.
Virat assures his mother that they will reach soon and ask her not to worry. Whereas, Sonali mocks Sai for being late, while Bhavani comes there and takes stand for Sai. She shows the jewellery she brought for Sai, while others gets jealous of seeing it. She plans to give it to Sai during the programme.
Ahead, Chavans gets tensed as Sai and Virat doesn’t come home. Pakhi brings juice for Bhavani, while the latter scolds her as Sai was about to make it. Ashwini and Bhavani anxiously waits for Sai and worries that they won’t be able to reach before the programme starts. Bhavani gets disappointed and worries that what the guests will think about them.
Pakhi says that now a days Bhavani only cares about Sai and makes them do the work. She says that Sai takes all the limelight, when they all completes the work behind her. Ashwini again calls Virat, to which he lies that their car broke down. Whereas, Sai panics seeing the condition of the patient and tries to calm her.
Further, the patient demands to talk to her husband, while Dr. Thurat mocks Sai and complains that her husband have parked his car in wrong place. Sai takes stand for herself and Virat, she ask Dr. Thurat to be professional while he gets furious at her. Virat gets inside the hospital, while Sai made the patient talk to her husband via video call. She also sees Virat and talks to him stating that she won’t be able to come before completing the delivery. He ask her to do her work and decides to manage the situation at home. Whereas, Dr. Thurat sees them talking and gets irked.
Precap:- The guests comes inside Chavan Niwas, while Bhavani tries to handle the situation. The ladies gets fed up and questions that when Sai will come. They taunts Bhavani and her daughter-in-law. They decides to leave from there, while Ashwini insists them to wait. Whereas, Dr. Thurat asks Sai to do a 24hour duty, while she gets shocked.
