Meet 20th May 2022 Written Update on SerialGossip.in
The episode starts with Tej telling Raj that Abhay has given him clean chit and the telecast is going on. Raj gets surprised to watch Meet’s statement that noone murdered her father but it was an encounter. Abhay said Raj is innocent. Babita gets happy to hear that and says Meet Ahlawat saved his father with all his efforts. Raj says if that is true then why he looks clueless as if he has no idea how did it happen?
Raj says can’t they see that Meet just said that Ashok was not killed when she was determined to expose Ashok’s killer. She became an inspector for that reason only then how come she suddenly said the opposite in front of the media. She just proved her father in law innocent. Tej says Meet had a plan and it seems she succeeded in that. Raj says still noone can see Meet’s efforts. What happened suddenly that she changed her opinion. Raj learns Association members have visited his house again.
Association members apologise to Raj for misunderstanding an honest person like him. They give the credits to Meet Ahlawat for proving his father innocent. Raj indirectly taunts Meet Ahlawat. Meet cries in her room and Raj Ram meet her. Raj says what she did for him today he can’t thank her enough. She saved his reputation and he got back his respect.
Ram also shows gratitude to her and Raj asks her to reveal what was the reason she lied to the media. He makes her swear on him and she says she learned that Abhay shot Ashok not Ram. Abhay blackmailed Ram all these years and she decided to expose Abhay in the press conference but Shanty threatened her to kill Isha before that. Ram gets stunned to know he is innocent. He feels relieved.
Abhay hugs Shanty and says the latter can carry forward his legacy. Shanty says Abhay did right by getting him married to Isha else today Abhay would have ended up in jail. But how will he convince Ahlawats. Abhay says he will cook up a new story and then he will handle Meet in his own way. Meet tells that she was bound to obey Shanty and she also asked for his and Isha’s divorce.
Raj says what Meet did today is a tough thing to do as she broke her promise to her late father and saved her in laws’ respect. She did a favour on her in laws who called her a bad daughter in law. Meet says she just did what seemed right. Ram apologises to her for trying to stop her from finding the killer, he troubled her a lot. Meet says she doesnt want to lose Raj after Ashok. So she did that. She tells them to promise that their conversation will not be discussed in front of others in the family. This will be a secret.
Everyone sees Raj and Ram with Meet. Babita salutes Meet for saving Raj by giving back his respect. But she adds she will not accept Meet as daughter in law of the house as due to her adamance Raj got arrested for the first time. Raj tells Meet Ahlawat to speak up. If he wants to say sorry to his wife. Meet Ahlawat is about to say something but Abhay comes with Shanty and Isha. Isha looks numb and broken. Ragini hugs her.
Meet Ahlawat asks Shanty angrily what he did to Isha? Abhay starts his drama. He acts like crying and hits Shanty in front of Ahlawats. He says he was wrong about Shanty and Meet was right. Shanty misbehaved with Latika and even was attending party with bar dancers. He fooled everyone. Abhay adds Shanty is really cheap and Isha won’t be happy with him. He shows divorce papers to Babita saying Shanty and Isha both signed it. Babita is left shocked.
