Episode begins with Preesha asks Rudraksh to help her to get ready. He helps her to wear all the jewels and ties her blouse knot ( ek dil ek jaan song plays in the background ). He asks her that if she is happy now and says that he understands everything. She asks him that what she did. He tells her that poison went into his body too but he is not feeling weak like her. She tells him that snake bite her not him. He tells her that he very well knows her. She tells him that he is her husband so obviously he knows her.
On the other hand, Ruhi asks Saaransh that why the latter waiting outside. He tells her that he ordered world’s best guitar for Rudraksh. She sends him inside to look after the decorations saying that she will receive the parcel. After some time, Mehndi ceremony begins. Mehndi ladies applies Mehndi on Preesha’s hands. Preesha asks Ruhi that don’t the latter feel hungry. She adds that who will feed them because they can’t eat by themselves today.
Ruhi wonders that who will feed them. Preesha tells her that Rudraksh can feed them and he is free too. Ruhi calls Rudraksh and tells him that she is hungry but she can’t eat by herself because of Mehndi. He tells her that he will ask Sharda to feed her. She asks him to feed her. He brings food and feeds her. She asks him to feed Preesha too because she is hungry too.
Rudraksh feeds Preesha ( Title song plays in the background ). Saaransh comes there and says that he will feed Ruhi and feeds her. Preesha bites Rudraksh’s finger. She reminds Sharda about the ritual in which groom writes his name on bride’s hand. Sharda thanks her for reminding about the ritual. Rudraksh tells her that he never heard about it. She tells him that he don’t know anything about rituals. Revati notices everything and decides to ruin Preesha’s happiness.
Servant prepares juice for Rudraksh on Preesha’s behest. Revati mixes salt in the juice without anyone’s knowledge. Preesha forces Rudraksh to drink juice. He drinks it and spills it. He asks her to stop doing all this because he won’t forgive her and goes to his room. Saaransh follows him and questions him about the latter’s behaviour towards Preesha. Rudraksh tells him that Preesha betrayed everyone by hiding that Yuvraj murdered Rajeev. Saaransh says that Preesha’s mistake is small comparing to whatever she did for them.
He tells him that the latter also did mistake and that time Preesha supported him and didn’t torture him like how he is torturing her now. He adds that Preesha fought against whole world for him. He tells him that the latter put his life in danger to save Preesha because he loves her. He says that he knows that how much Rudraksh sufffered without Preesha and asks him to forgive her. Rudraksh tells him that he needs time.

Precap – Saaransh tells Preesha that he knows the truth. Meanwhile, Ruhi gives the guitar to Rudraksh. Later, Rudraksh faints when he is about to sing a song.
