The episode starts with Chaudhary’s leaving Rajbari, but Thakuma stays back with Ayaan. Thakuma worries about Ayaan’s safety. She sees the bird and says both her and Swastika can’t able to protect Ayaan from Dakini, who is planning to marry Ayaan in the next 3 days. Meanwhile, the investors meet Ayaan in the haveli. They have a discussion about turning the haveli into a heritage hotel. But Meera arrives and cautions the investors about Dakini’s presence in this haveli. They decide not to invest in the property, saying it’s a haunted property. Ayaan gets furious and questions Meera. He further tries to throw her out, but they accidentally fall on each other on the floor, where they continue their argument.
Meera challenges Ayaan to prove her late mother’s innocence in the next 3 days. Ayaan accepts her challenge. Thakuma expresses her relief, saying Meera will protect Ayaan, but Meera firmly says she is here to prove her mother’s innocence. Ayaan refuses to let Meera stay at the haveli. He orders her to stay at the staff quarters. Meera says to herself that Swastika’s spirit will protect Ishani so she doesn’t have to worry about Ishani’s safety and focus on her mission. Ishani questions Meera’s change in decision. Meera explains to her. She then gets frustrated when Ayaan orders her to meet him in the library.
In the kitchen, Thakuma decides to prepare food for Meera and Ishani. She gets trapped by Dakini, who tells Thakuma about her plan to kill Meera if Meera comes between her and Ayaan. Meanwhile, Meera meets Ayaan in the library who insults her. He orders Meera to clean the dusted library. Meera obliges. Both of them taunt each other, which becomes a verbal spat when Ayaan fails to answer Meera’s questions about his third mark on his neck and his hand injury. Meera makes Ayaan leave the place.
Meera goes inside the library. Dakini appears in front of her. Meera gets scared. She tries to run away but fails. Dakini strangulate Meera. Meera fights against Dakini to free herself. While Ayaan asks Ishani to play with him. But the latter refuses, saying Ayaan hurt Meera. She also informs him about Meera’s dust allergy and asthma problem. Ayaan gets shocked, so he takes the inhaler and rushes to the library. He gets shocked to see Meera’s state. He helps her breathe properly, and he scolds her for failing to inform him about her asthma problem. But Meera says Dakini is the reason behind her current state. Ayaan shouts at her, then leaves. Thakuma arrives there and informs Meera about Dakini’s warning. Meera refuses to back off from her mission.
Meera plans to gather evidence against Dakini. She then gets a warning from Dakini through her dreams so she gets scared and wakes up. Ishani shares with Meera about whatever she has learned about Dakini through her mother’s diary. Meera scolds Ishani and sends her from there. She then reads her mother’s diary to get more information about Dakini.
