Episode starts with Anandibaa eating the huge chapatis with difficulty and finishes it. Meanwhile, Sanghani’s gets elated and Gulab distributes the ladoo to celebrate the happiness. He gives it to everyone, but suddenly all the ladoo’s falls into Anandibaa’s plate, while everyone gets shocked. Emily shouts that now Anandibaa have to eat all the ladoo, while the latter gets dumbstruck. Aarav assures his mother and motivates that she can do it. He also states that if she doesn’t want, then she can ignore it, but the latter states that if she fails to eat it then her 11 years of fast will get wasted. She forces herself to finish all the ladoo’s from the plate, while everyone grows concerned for her.

Here, Aarav looks after Anandibaa as she suffers pain after finishing all the food on her plate. She couldn’t able to digest everything and gets trouble during sleeping. Meanwhile, Aarav talks to Anandibaa regarding pagphera ritual. He states that he knows she is suffering from so many problems due to Emily and so he wanted to take her away from Anandibaa for some time.

Aarav shows his concern for his mother and proclaims that he don’t wants Emily to trouble her more. He tries to gain Anandibaa’s permission to go to the America and gives her indirect hints, while she thinks about the matter and decides to keep Emily always away from herself. She agrees to Aarav and gives her permission to go to America with Emily.

Elsewhere, Aarav gets elated after getting Anandibaa’s permission and rushes out of the room to start his preparation. Whereas, Gunjan hears about Aarav and Anandibaa’s conversation. She gets tensed thinking that how she will be able to separate Aarav and Emily, if they will move back to America. She also thinks about stopping Aarav from visiting America.

Emily prays to God and shows her gratitude for the help. She says that she always lands up with some problems, but the God always helps her in coming out of it. Meanwhile, Anandibaa questions Kanchan about Gulab, to which the latter replies that he went out. Meanwhile, Emily congratulates Kanchan for her wedding anniversary.

Ahead, Aarav shares his excitement with Jaman and says that he gets successful in his plan. He ask the latter to get the visa as soon as possible, so that he can fulfill his childhood dream of visiting America. He also informs Emily about the pagphera ritual and says that they have to go to America to complete it.

Emily gets excited to return back to her house to complete the pagphera ritual. She says that she will meet her neighbors and friends. She expresses her happiness, while Anandibaa determines to throw the latter out of the house permanently. Whereas, Gulab comes there along with his relative Payal and the latter gets mesmerised by their house and decides to stay there for a while.

Later, Gunjan ploys to stop Aarav from going to America along with Emily. She has a conversation with him and gets worried about his plan. Meanwhile, a lady searches for her daughter-in-law and shows Emily’s photo to everyone. Aarav was about to see the photo, but it flies away and he couldn’t able to see it. Meanwhile, the lady hears Emily’s voice and notices her inside Anandibaa’s house, while the latter thinks about Aarav and sings happily.

Precap:- A women along with her family comes inside Anandibaa’s hous. They questions them about her daughter-in-law and shows Emily’s picture. Her son sees Emily and gets elated. He declare that Emily is her mother’s daughter-in-law, while everyone gets stunned. Sanghani’s looks at Emily, while she also gets shocked.
