The episode starts with Akash reaching home silently. He finds Kusum crying, so he asks her the reason. He also inquires with her about Aparna’s whereabouts. Kusum scolds him. Akash gets confused. Aparna taunts Akash for washing utensils on Jaydev’s house. She also demands him to wash the utensils, which Akash obliges. She then asks Akash to stay at his in-law’s house. Just then, Pallavi arrives there. She tries to save Akash, but Aparna ends up warning her not to interfere while she is talking with Akash. Both Pallavi and Akash get shocked by Aparna’s outburst. Akash tries to control Aparna, but he fails.
Here, Tanvi reaches home. She shares with Rakesh about the Kheer made by Pallavi. She also asks Rakesh if it’s wrong to be a housewife. Rakesh gets shocked by her question, so he asks her why she is asking such thing. Rekha insults Tanvi. Tanvi gets hurt. Rakesh reminds Tanvi about her brave act of facing the terrorists and saving the citizens. He further says that he is proud of the way she is. He also shares a hug.
There, Akash shares with Aparna about Jaydev’s state. He also asks Aparna to vent out her anger on him. Aparna falls unconscious, which shocks Akash and Pallavi. Akash urges Pallavi to call the doctor, which the latter obliges. Meanwhile, Jaydev assures Deepika on a call about him being safe. He also asks Deepika to take proper care of herself. He then wonders the reason behind Pallavi not calling him yet.
Here, in Akash’s house, the doctor checks up Aparna. He informs the family members that Aparna is under stress, so her pressure goes low. He also instructs the family members to take care of Aparna, and then he leaves the place. Akash goes behind the doctor to give his phone. Pallavi goes towards Aparna, but Kusum stops her. She blames Pallavi for Aparna’s health condition. Subash tries to defend Pallavi, but Kusum scolds him too. Kusum refuses to let Pallavi take care of Aparna. Pallavi gets upset, so she decides to cook dinner for the family members, but Sandhya refuses to let her do it, reminding her about the special condition in their marriage. Pallavi gets hurt.
Deepika and Varun have a conversation about Babu Ji’s stay in their house. Varun asks Deepika not to let Babu Ji not to let him know about him losing his job and also not to tell him about her pregnancy. Deepika gets confused by Varun’s request, but she agrees to his request. She then learns that Varun didn’t meet Jaydev, so she argued with him. Varun justifies his action.
Here, Jaydev wonders the reason behind Pallavi didn’t called him yet. But he gets happy that Pallavi is happy and busy, so she hasn’t checked upon him yet. He then receives a call from Tanvi, who shares with him about everything that happened during Pallavi’s muh dikhayi. Jaydev gets happy. Meanwhile, Pallavi inquires with Akash about Jaydev’s health condition, but Akash says that he is tired, so he leaves the place. Pallavi gets sad. Kusum overhears their conversation, and she informs Aparna about it. Akash goes to Aparna’s room. He apologises to her for his act. Aparna turns hopeful that none can snatch her son from her.
Precap: Akash and Pallavi get ready to go to Pallavi’s house for pakh Fire, but Aparna refuses to let Akash and Pallavi leave the house shocking them. Pallavi gets determined to take care of Akash’s family as her own.
