The episode starts with Pallavi asking Aparna to open the door, but Aparna closes the curtain, and then she goes inside. Kusum looks happy. Pallavi realises that Aparna is upset with her. She gets sad. Inside, Kusum praises Aparna for her behaviour towards Pallavi. But she worries that Pallavi might call Akash, but Aparna reveals to her that she put Akash’s phone in a silent mode. Meanwhile, Pallavi tries Akash’s phone, but the latter doesn’t answer her calls. She then wonders what she should do as her phone battery is about to die. Here, Kusum says to Aparna that Pallavi must be going to Jaydev’s house, and it will create more misunderstandings between Akash and Pallavi. Aparna tells Kusum that she won’t let Akash leave her even after 15 days. Kusum happily says it’s going to be Pallavi, who will leave the house. Outside the house, Pallavi decides to return back to Jaydev’s house, but she sees Jaydev’s message in which he expresses his joy of Pallavi handling her in law’s and her parent’s house. She decides not to go to the Sharma’s house in order not to increase the worry of Jaydev also win the heart of Aparna.
There, Tanvi enters her room. She hears some sound but ignores it. She then gets scared when someone holds her hand and also hears a sound of not to spare Rakesh, so she screams out of fear. Rakesh arrives there. The person reveals her identity, and it turns out to be Janhvi, who is Rakesh’s college best friend. Tanvi gets relieved. She also learns Rahul and Rakesh are behind Janhvi’s plan to scar off Tanvi. Meanwhile, Deepika complains to Varun about her leg pain. Varun does her massage. He then informs Deepika that Manohar learned about his job loss. Deepika gets worried. Just then, Manohar arrives there. He taunts Varun, and then he goes inside. Varun leaves Deepika to take care of Manohar.
Here, Rekha talks about Rakesh and Janhvi’s friendship during their college days has been considered as they both were in a relationship. Rakesh explains his nickname for Janhvi created such misunderstanding among their collegemates. Janhvi teases Rakesh. She then forwards her hand to introduce herself to Tanvi but Tanvi greets her with folded hands so Rekha makes fun of Tanvi but Janhvi praises Tanvi by comparing how often she greets people with a hug then she shares a hug with Tanvi.
There, Pallavi wonders the reason behind Akash not answering her calls. She gets worried when her phone goes off. She also recalls everything that happened after her and Akash’s strange decision, but she decides not to give up on their decision but to win Aparna’s heart. She then falls asleep outside the house.
Here, Manohar insults Varun for doing feet massage for Deepika. He then reveals to Varun about his demand to Jaydev to help the latter get the amount for his start-up. Varun gets shocked. He tries to make Manohar understand it’s wrong, but Manohar refuses to listen to him. Deepika arrives there. Manohar lies to her that he is going to help Varun with his start-up. Deepika hesitates to agree but then lets Manohar help Varun. Varun gets worried. The next day, Jaydev decides to visit Pallavi’s house to return her jacket while Akash’s neighbours and the milk man find Pallavi at the doorstep with a high fever They try to wake up Akash’s family but fail. Jaydev arrives there. He gets shocked seeing Pallavi at Akash’s doorstep.
