The episode starts with Jaydev looking at the arrangements. He gave some suggestions to the workers. Monty gives money to Jaydev. Pallavi sees this. She questions Jaydev. Jaydev says that for wedding expenses, he needs money. Pallavi says that she wants a simple wedding, which Jaydev refuses to accept it. He asks her to get ready for the wedding and goes inside, but Pallavi follows him. Meanwhile, Kusum discusses with her family members about the wedding and its expenses. Akash arrives there. He shares his idea of splitting the wedding expenses as he is getting married, too. Kusum looks at Aparna.
There, Pallavi requests Jaydev to conduct a simple wedding. But Jaydev firmly refuses. He then gives a gift of Aastha’s maang tikha to Pallavi, which makes her emotional and happy. She thanks Jaydev also she hugs him. Tanvi arrives there. She smiles, looking at them both. Jaydev blurts out to Pallavi that he is going to miss her. Pallavi gets confused by his statement, so she questions him. Jaydev gets nervous, but he tries to manage the situation by talking about Tanvi’s marriage. Tanvi gets worried witnesseing Pallavi’s interrogation towards Jaydev.
Here, Aparna says to Akash, it’s a tradition that the bride’s family has to spend the wedding expenses.” Akash firmly opposes society’s tradition and says that they have to split the wedding expenses. Kusum taunts him by asking why they can’t they do his vidaai ceremony. Aparna gets furious, but she acts cool. Akash recalls Pallavi’s marriage condition. He then laughs and asks Kusum not to overreact and then leaves. Aparna scolds Kusum for her earlier statement. Kusum gives an example of a certain serial, and she tries to instigate Aparna against Pallavi. Aparna reprimands Kusum, saying it’s not a serial. She also says that after Pallavi becomes a daughter in law of their house, she will follow the rules and traditions of their house, which makes Subash worried.
There, Pallavi says to Jaydev that Akash is going to stay with them after marriage so the latter don’t have to worry about it. She also teases Jaydev for being jealous of Akash. Jaydev tries to change Pallavi’s decision of making Akash as Ghar Jamai by talking about her vidaai ceremony, which leads Pallavi to question him. Jaydev becomes speechless. Tanvi decides to handle the situation, but she creates more confusion by her words, so Jaydev asks Pallavi and Tanvi to get ready for the mehendi ceremony. Pallavi leaves getting upset with Jaydev for hiring mehendi artists. Jaydev advises Tanvi not to get nervous. Also, he asks her not to speak with anyone for a day. Tanvi obliges.
Deepika informs Varun about her being pregnant. Varun gets shocked. He says that after the mehendi ceremony together, they can make a decision about her pregnancy as it’s not planned one. Deepika gets hurt by his statement. Meanwhile, Kusum puts a suitcase inside a gift bag, and she says to Sandhya that she is going to prove to Aparna that Pallavi isn’t the right person for their family. Akash decides to take part in the mehendi ceremony, but Aparna firmly refuses, so he gets upset.
Here, Tanvi gets worried that she has to keep all three secrets with her. She seeks God’s help. Akash’s family ladies reach Pallavi’s house. Aparna asks Kusum to stop complaining. Jaydev proudly says to them that he is part of this ceremony as Pallavi’s mother. Kusum takes the gift bag in her hand, and she smirks.
