The episode starts with both Pallavi and Akash in an unconscious state. Siddanth gets ready to treat Akash. Akash’s family cries. Both Akash and Pallavi’s treatment starts by the respective doctors. Siddanth tells his subordinates that they have to rush the operation as they don’t have much time, while Pallavi’s doctor tells her subordinates that Pallavi lost lots of blood.
Rakesh pleads with Jaydev to have coconut water, but Jaydev refuses, saying he will have food after both Pallavi and Akash come out of danger. Both Akash and Pallavi get treated. Akash’s blood pressure fluctuates, which worries the doctors. Siddanth succeeds in removing the bullet from Akash. Here, Pallavi gains her consciousness. She removes the IV from her hand and then goes out to meet Akash. The doctors and the hospital staff try to stop her but fail.
Jaydev prays to God to cure both Akash and Pallavi. He also requests God to end their suffering. He then notices that Pallavi is going towards Akash’s operation room, so he follows her. Meanwhile, Doctor Siddanth comes out of the operation theatre. He informs Akash’s family that Akash is out of danger. Everyone gets relieved. Aparna, thanks, Siddanth. Just then, Pallavi arrives there. She goes inside the operation theatre of Akash despite Siddanth’s attempt to stop her. Aparna gets upset.
Pallavi looks at Akash from outside the surgery room. She gets emotional. Siddanth goes to her. He makes a promise to Pallavi that he won’t go anywhere until Akash fully recovers. Pallavi looks at Siddanth in a grateful way. She then worriedly looked at Akash. Siddanth tells Pallavi that the latter has to take some rest, so he takes her from there.
Pallavi looks sad while Suresh and Aparna also stand aside from her. Suresh praises Pallavi for her effort to save Akash to Aparna. He further tells her Pallavi is the perfect match for Akash. Aparna gets furious. Suresh tells her that Aparna is unnecessarily holding a grudge towards Pallavi. Aparna gets furious, so she leaves from there.
Deepika meets Jaydev. She tells her that both her and Tanvi want to speak with him about Akash-Pallavi’s life. Jaydev agrees to speak with them. Later, Jaydev will be seen with Deepika and Tanvi in the hospital canteen. Jaydev inquires with them about their plan. Deepika explains to Jaydev about her idea to keep Jaydev with her and Tanvi for a few months. Varun, who is there, opposes both Deepika and Tanvi’s idea by reasoning out the complications about their plan, which leads to an argument between him and Varun. Varun clarifies that he don’t have any problem with Jaydev’s stay at their house. Jaydev asks Deepika and Tanvi not to worry about Pallavi because she is his responsibility. Pallavi arrives there. She tells her family about her earlier conversation with Akash. Aparna overhears it. She then decides to put an end to Pallavi’s chapter in Akash’s life.
The next day, Pallavi inquired with Akash’s family about Akash’s condition. Both Suresh and Subash tell her everything. Akash gains consciousness. He meets Aparna first, and after he assures her that he is fine, he asks her to bring Pallavi inside, which angers Aparna, but she gives into Akash’s words. Pallavi arrives there. Akash tells her that he has a solution for that he wants Jaydev to be here, too. Aparna and Pallavi try to change Akash’s mind, but he remains firm in his decision. Aparna gets annoyed.
Precap: Akash and Pallavi get married. Aparna decides not to accept Pallavi as her daughter in law. She also scolds Akash’s decision. Jaydev gets upset with Pallavi, too.
