The episode starts with Akash questioning his colleague Manoj, the latter leaves. Aparna asks Akash if the latter lost his job? Akash requests Aparna to listen to him. Kusum shouts at Akash for hiding from them about losing his job. Akash tries to calm her down. Kusum calls out the family members and informs them about Akash’s job loss. Akash requests everyone to listen to him. Aparna questions if Akash stayed with Pallavi’s house at last night. Akash admits yes. He further admits to Aparna and everyone that he lost his job because of Pallavi. Meanwhile, Pallavi has a conversation with Ruchi about Akash. Ruchi informs Pallavi about Akash’s job loss, which shocks everyone.
Here, Kusum starts taunting Akash for losing his job. Akash tries to defend himself, but Aparna scolds him for raising his voice against Kusum, who is older than her. Aparna questions Akash for involving Subash in his lies. Akash points out how they are overreacting hearing Pallavi’s name. Meanwhile, Pallavi feels bad for Akash. She decides to talk to the management for Akash. She also hopes that Akash’s family members don’t get to know about his job loss because today is his parent’s anniversary.
Meanwhile, Kusum criticises Pallavi for manipulating Akash. She puts all the blame on Pallavi. Akash tries to explain that it’s his own decision to help a helpless person. He further says that he would have done the same for another colleagues of him. Kusum taunts Akash for roaming around the market with Pallavi. Akash loses his calm, so he shouts at Kusum for blaming Pallavi for everything that’s happening. Aparna and Kusum get taken aback by Akash’s outburst. Akash goes inside, throwing the cake down, which he brough for his parents. Kusum orders other’s to cancel the party because there is nothing left for them to celebrate.
Here, Jaydev suggests to Pallavi to take Deepika with her to the hotel. Deepika obliges. She then receives a call from Varun, who informs her about his meeting with one of the investors. Deepika wishes him luck. Varun inquires with the receptionist about his meeting with Mr.Malhotra. The receptionist reminds Mr.Malhotra, who actually misbehaved with Deepika, about his meeting with Varun, but Mr.Malhotra orders the receptionist to make Varun wait for him then send him out. The receptionist obliges then makes up an excuse to Varun.
Pallavi goes to her superior and opposes their decision of terminating Akash because he chose humanity over business. Her superior informs her about the business loss they faced and also refuses to consider Akash’s termination. Pallavi argues with the management, saying everyone here works as family, so she can’t let Akash suffer for saving her father’s life. Meanwhile, Akash breaks down in front of Subash for disappointing Aparna. Subash consoles him.
Here, Pallavi announces her decision to quit her job, which shocks her superior. She handed over her resignation letter and then left. There, Aparna gets upset learning no one informed the guests about the party being cancelled. Akash’s colleagues arrive there and give Akash his rejoining letter, which makes Akash happy. Akash informs Aparna and his family members about getting his job back, which makes everyone happy. They all then get surprised and confused when a Santa enters their house.
