The episode starts with Pallavi getting shocked to see the terrorist pointing gun at her. She gets stuck between a wall and the terrorist. Jaydev arrives there. Just then, Akash also sees Pallavi as held at gun point, so he runs towards her. Aparna says Akash. The terrorist fires a bullet towards Pallavi. Everyone gets shocked. Jaydev screams Pallavi’s name. Akash takes the bullet, so both Pallavi and Aparna shout Akash. The terrorist again fires a bullet towards Akash. Akash falls to the ground. Pallavi tries to assure him that nothing will happen to him. Police arrive there. They shot the terrorist.
Pallavi tells Akash that the latter can’t leave her. Akash tells her that he won’t. He further tells that he has a solution for them to live together, but he falls unconscious. Pallavi cries hard. Akash’s family arrives there. They all rush to Akash. Pallavi recalls everything that happened between her and Akash after they met each other. Akash’s family also cries hard. Akash is seen taking to an ambulance followed by both his and Pallavi’s family. Pallavi tries to get into an ambulance, but Aparna blames Pallavi for Akash’s state. She also demands her to stay away from Akash and also not to show her face ever then goes with Akash, followed by Kusum and Subash. Subash signs at Pallavi then leaves with Akash.
Pallavi cries hard. She also blames herself for Akash’s condition, but Jaydev explains her the situation to her. Pallavi requests to take her to meet Akash so Rakesh decides to take her and Jaydev to the hospital, asking Tanvi and Rekha to go home with Rahul. Meanwhile, in the hospital, Aparna cries hard after the doctor informs Akash is in critical condition. Akash then taken inside the operation theater. Kusum tries to assure Aparna that nothing will happen to Akash. Aparna prays to God for Akash’s safety. She also recalls Akash’s confession to her about his feelings for Pallavi. Kusum leaves to bring something for Aparna.
Inside the operation theater, the doctor operates the bullet from Akash. They realise his condition is critical as they discusses about the bullet, which isn’t easy to get operated. Akash’s pulse drops, which worries the doctors. Meanwhile, Jaydev and Rakesh bring Pallavi to the hospital. Rakesh pleads with the receptionist to admit Pallavi as she is severely injured, too. Pallavi refuses to get treated before meeting Akash. The nurse informs Pallavi about Akash’s critical condition, so she rushes towards the operation theater to meet Akash, but Kusum stops her.
There, the doctor checks Deepika, and then she informs both Deepika and Varun that their baby is safe. Deepika makes a promise to Varun to become a good mother for their child. Varun agrees to keep the baby. Meanwhile, Kusum refuses to let Pallavi from meeting Akash despite Pallavi’s plea. Aparna gets upset seeing Pallavi, but before she can approach her, Suresh stops her, and he advises her to be silent. Pallavi refuses to leave the hospital. Just then, the doctor arrives, and he informs the family members about Akash’s critical condition. Also, they need a heart surgeon, so Pallavi takes the car keys and goes somewhere. Rakesh follows Pallavi. Jaydev gets worried. Deepika meets Jaydev. She learns about Akash’s critical condition, but she assures Jaydev that Pallavi will save Akash for sure. Aparna prays to God while the family members try to find a heart surgeon for Akash.
