The episode starts with Pallavi speaking with someone on the call inquiring about Siddanth. The person tells her that Siddanth has already left for the airport. Jaydev shares with Pallavi about Akash’s condition. Meanwhile, in the hospital, the doctor informs Akash’s family about his critical condition. Also, they have less time to save him. They all get worried. Jaydev asks Akash’s family about the doctors’ information about Akash’s condition. Kusum arrives there, and she starts blaming Pallavi for everything. Jaydev gets upset.
Pallavi, on her way to search for Siddanth, she recalls her moments with Akash. She decides to save Akash by anyhow stopping Siddanth from going to the airport. Here, in the hospital, Kusum fills the ears of Aparna against Pallavi by pointing out Pallavi’s absence. She then persuades Aparna to have food. Meanwhile, Pallavi gets stuck in the traffic.
In the hospital, the doctor tries to make Akash to a stable condition. There, Pallavi gets relieved seeing Siddanth’s car. She stops his car, and then she pleads with him to help her save Akash. Siddanth gets confused. He asks her what happened to Akash. Meanwhile, in the hospital, one of the doctors informs Akash’s family that Akash is in need of blood. Suresh decides to give blood to Akash, but due to his health condition, the doctor refuses to make him Akash’s donor. Akash’s family decides to speak with the people they know to find a donor for him. Aparna cries hard. Jaydev and Rakesh approach Akash’s treatment room, but Kusum stops him. She further insults him. Jaydev and Rakesh get upset. They both pray to God for Akash’s recovery.
There, Pallavi informs Siddanth about Akash’s condition. She then pleads with him to go with her to treat Akash. Siddanth tells her that he has some important work for so he has to reach the airport. Pallavi refuses to let Siddanth leave the place. She then falls unconscious, which worries Siddanth.
In the hospital, the doctor inquires with Akash’s family about blood donors. Akash’s family gets worried, not able to find a donor for Akash. Meanwhile, Rakesh informs Tanvi over a video call about Akash’s condition. He then gets shocked seeing Siddanth entering the hospital while carrying Pallavi in his arms. Tanvi gets worried for but Rakesh assures her to take care of everything. Both Rakesh and Jaydev rush to Siddanth, who gives instructions to the hospital staff’s to treat Pallavi’s wound. Jaydev and Rakesh learn through Siddanth about Pallavi’s effort to find him so that he can help with Akash’s treatment.
Akash’s family gets confused seeing Siddanth with Pallavi. Kusum shares with them about Pallavi’s relationship with Siddanth. She also badmouths Pallavi’s character. Aparna gets upset. The doctor gets surprised seeing Siddanth. Siddanth decides to treat Akash on Pallavi’s request so the doctor asks Akash’s family to thank Pallavi for her efforts. Subash scolds Kusum’s criticism towards Pallavi. Kusum gets upset. Siddanth treats Akash. Meanwhile, Deepika and Tanvi have a conversation about Akash and Pallavi’s love for each other. Deepika turns hopeful, getting an idea to unite Akash and Pallavi.
Precap: Akash and Pallavi get married. But their idea to spend 15 days in each of their house every month upsets both Jaydev and Aparna.
