The episode starts with Jaydev talking to Siddanth about his work, which must be stressful. Siddanth says medicine is his passion. Jaydev gets happy. Akash says that Pallavi is passionate too, but she needs someone to care for her. Siddanth points out Akash’s care for Pallavi. He hopes that he will care Pallavi, too. He further requests Akash to help him to learn more about Pallavi and also care for her. Akash decides to leave the place without agreeing to Siddanth’s request by making up an excuse that he has an important meeting, so he has to leave immediately. Jaydev goes to Akash and asks his opinion about Siddanth. Akash hides his sadness, and then he says to Jaydev that Siddanth is the right person for Pallavi and then leaves. Monty sees everything from his place.
Here, Deepika inquires Varun about the reason behind his stress. Varun says he doesn’t have any stress. Also, he is here to surprise her. Deepika thanks Varun for his support. She then inquired with him about how his meeting with investors went. Varun makes up an excuse when he receives Mr.Malhotra’s message. Deepika goes to her sister’s, and she shares her happiness of getting the support from Varun. She also agrees with Rakesh, in a relationship communication is important one. Pallavi hears everything. She goes to the balcony where Rahul sees her. He inquires with Pallavi about the reason behind her being stressed. Pallavi says to him that she had a fight with one of her friends, so she is worried. Rahul encourages her to fight and win. Pallavi thanks him for his motivation and then informs her sister’s she has to leave immediately then leaves the place.
Pallavi, on her way to meet Akash, calls him multiple times, but when he doesn’t answer her calls, she calls his house landline number. Subash answers the call. Pallavi tries to give him an excuse to speak with Akash, but Subash teases her also, reveals Akash shared with him everything. He also tells her that Akash went to meet Jaydev to talk about their marriage. Pallavi gets shocked.
Pallavi reaches her house where she finds Jaydev is happily playing a dhol and also dancing around the house. Pallavi asks Jaydev whether he informed Akash about her marriage condition. Jaydev says yes and also says that Siddanth agreed to marry her by accepting her condition. Pallavi gets shocked and asks Jaydev, who is Siddanth. Jaydev explains how the matchmaker sent Siddanth’s profile, so he took Akash’s help to find whether Siddanth is suitable for her or not. Pallavi gets shocked. She then makes up an excuse to Jaydev and then leaves.
Monty finds a worried Pallavi. He inquires her what happened. Pallavi shares with him about Akash’s proposal and also an unknown misunderstanding created by Jaydev. She also worries for Akash’s wellbeing. She requests Monty to take care of Jaydev until she returns and then leaves in her car to search for Akash. Varun makes Mr.Malhotra get arrested. The latter threatens him.
Pallavi calls Akash’s house landline number. She doesn’t speak when Aparna answers it. Rinku takes the call and informs Pallavi about Akash’s whereabouts. Meanwhile, Akash, in a pouring rain, plays basketball, recalling everything that happened. Pallavi reaches there and explains to Akash that she isn’t aware of Jaydev’s plan. Akash asks her whether she loves him or not. Pallavi recalls Aparna’s words, so she says to Akash that they aren’t meant to be together and then get inside her car. Both Pallavi and Akash cries hard.
Precap: Akash pleads with Pallavi to change her decision, but Pallavi refuses. Rekha informs Aparna about Pallavi’s roka ceremony. Pallavi and Siddanth get ready to exchange the rings.
