Episode starts with Shobhit telling Rajvi about Nandini’s death. He cries and notify her that how he found Nandini’s body. He gets flashes of the accident and apprises his family about it. Rajvi gets shocked and breaksdown, while every cries including Gunjan. Rajvi moves back and denies to accept that Nandini is dead. Vipul holds her and ask her to believe it. Keshav also cries remembering Nandini. Rajvi says that they all are responsible for Nandini’s death and slaps Shobhit for his deeds. She blames him for ruining Darsh’s life. She cries recalling how she didn’t believed Nandini and states that how she must have felt. She rebukes Shobhit for all the misery.
Here, Jhunjhunwala says that he don’t have much time and ask doctor about the form. Doctor gives it to him and he signs to donate his eyes to Darsh. He says that he would be more then happy if Darsh gets his eyes, while Nandini tries to assure that he will be fine. Jhunjhunwala worries about Dhwani, to which Nandini comforts him that she will take care of her. His health starts deteriorating and he dies. Nandini gets dumbstruck and moves out of the cabin. She sees Dhwani and feels pain for her. Dhwani demands to meet her grandfather, but Nandini convinces her to see him later.
Doctor comes towards Nandini and informs that they can begin with Darsh’s operation. Nandini goes to see Darsh and remembers the time when he doubted her. Her eyes gets teary and she says that soon he will be able to see everything clearly and will realise his mistake, but it will be too late. Dhwani looks at them being confused, while Nandini ask doctor not to tell about her to Darsh or his family. She says that she don’t want them to learn about her, while the doctor questions about the matter. She replies that she have her personal reasons and requests him to keep her secret. The doctor agrees, whereas Nandini takes Dhwani and moves out of there.
Ahead, Nandini remembers her moments with Darsh. She gets flashes of all happy and painful memories and walks along away. She determines to start a new beginning. Dhwani keeps telling her about their life “Gaaye Ja plays” and assures that she will teach everyone to Nandini. At that moment Rawal’s car passes by them but they couldn’t able to see her.
Darsh wakes up feeling Nandini’s presence. He tries to go out of the cabin, but Chetan comes there and stops him. Darsh states that he felt Nandini’s presence. Chetan makes him sit and realises that Darsh doesn’t know about Nandini’s death. He tries to calm Darsh, while latter questions that if Nandini have came back or not? Chetan avoids to answer him and moves out of the cabin, controlling his emotions.
Darsh thinks that Nandini haven’t came to see him and concluded that she must be very angry. He decides to earn her forgiveness as soon as possible.
Further, Chetan notify his family about Darsh’s state. Vipul breaksdown asking that how they will apprise Darsh about Nandini. Rajvi cries and says that he couldn’t able to bear her death. She states that if they will tell Darsh then there will be lots of consequences in his surgery. She remembers Nandini’s words and determines not to inform Darsh about her. Keshav says that they all are responsible for her death and blames himself for not trusting her. Parul also feels guilty along with others. Rajvi ask Vipul to take Nandini’s body to home, so that they can perform her last rituals.
Precap:- Some goons come to take money from Nandini. They tries to abduct Dhwani, but Nandini fights back. She runs behind them and determines to save Dhwani.
