The episode begins with Gaurav asking Raghav to have some food. Raghav asks Gaurav what is going on and says that he only wanted to bring Anjali into this house as his daughter-in-law, but everything has been ruined because of it. Raghav tells Gaurav that he had gathered some money to get Anjali married to Abhay, but even that money has been taken away. Gaurav tries to comfort Raghav and again asks him to eat.
Sadhika snatches the plate from Gaurav’s hand and tells him that Raghav will not get any food. She also warns Gaurav that he will not be given food either, saying that both of them have become a burden on the household. Raghav begs Sadhika not to mistreat him like this. Gaurav pleads with Sadhika, saying that Raghav will die if he doesn’t eat. Sadhika coldly tells Raghav that if he wants food, he must bring groceries from the market. With no other choice, Raghav agrees.
Outside the court, Gini mocks Anjali for getting yet another hearing date. She taunts Anjali, saying that no one will ever be able to touch Yuvraj. Gini then leaves with Yuvraj, Mehek, and Kavya.
Gaurav calls Anjali and tells her about Raghav’s mistreatment in the Rajput house. Raghav asks Gaurav not to say anything, but Gaurav insists that Anjali might be able to help. Raghav still refuses and assures Anjali that all arrangements have been made, asking her not to worry before cutting the call.
Raghav then asks Gaurav to sell his mother’s jewellery and arrange some money, saying that he at least wants to give Anjali a gift as he has nothing at the moment. He hands over the locker key and sends Gaurav to the bank.
Sadhika gives Raghav a list of groceries to buy from the market, instructs him on what to do next, and sends him away.
Anjali returns to the basti and is surprised to see the decorations. Padma reminds Anjali that she is getting married and informs her that it is her sangeet ceremony. Anjali asks Padma to stop everything, saying she is not in the mood, as Yuvraj’s case is still unresolved. She adds that Yuvraj’s lawyer keeps lying in court and deliberately getting date after date.
Abhay approaches Anjali and remarks that he knew she would not agree to the sangeet arrangements. Anjali snaps back at him and asks him to leave. Ved arrives and says that even if she walks away, they are all there to support her.
Ved openly supports Abhay and Anjali’s wedding and promises Abhay that he will ensure their marriage takes place.
Left with no choice, Anjali goes to get ready for the sangeet. Meanwhile, Aarti calls Ved and asks if he has gone to support Anjali. Ved confirms it, to which Aarti warns him that she will not allow the marriage to happen. Ved firmly replies that if she tries, she will find him standing against her.
Anjali gets ready for the sangeet when Gini calls her and asks if she is prepared. Anjali replies yes. Gini taunts her, saying she is about to enter the Rajput house as a daughter-in-law—the same house from which Gini was thrown out. Gini declares she will not let this marriage happen and disconnects the call.
Kavya asks Gini why she doesn’t tell Anjali the truth—that the Rajput family no longer has a house and that Raghav has been reduced to begging.
Gini says Anjali is already under immense pressure, both as an advocate and as the future daughter-in-law of the Rajput family, and that everything must happen at the right time. She adds that if Anjali proves Yuvraj to be Aman’s murderer, the trail will eventually lead to Damodar, which she cannot allow. Bhajan ominously says that Anjali will receive a shocking surprise on her wedding day.

Precap: At Abhay and Anjali’s wedding, the couple arrives at the mandap. Aarti appears with a gun and threatens Anjali, declaring that she will not allow the wedding to take place and that she will kill them. From a distance, Gini points a gun at Abhay and Anjali and fires at them.
