The episode starts with Yuvraj and Padma taking pheras. Anjali beats up Chandraman’s goons and enters the wedding venue with reporters.
The pandit asks Yuvraj to perform the sindoor daan ritual. Mehek witnesses all of this and recalls Gini telling her that Yuvraj is only marrying Padma to stay out of jail and nothing more.
Yuvraj is about to apply vermilion in Padma’s hairline when Padma recalls Gaurav telling her that Yuvraj will kill her after the marriage.
Anjali stops the ritual and declares that this marriage isn’t going to happen. Yuvraj retorts that the marriage will proceed. Anjali slaps Yuvraj. Bhajan tries to stop Anjali, but she warns him not to interfere.
Anjali calls for the press. The reporters ask what’s happening. Anjali reveals that Yuvraj molested Padma while intoxicated and that he is the son of Chandraman Thakur. She says when they realized Yuvraj wouldn’t win the case, they brought Padma here to forcefully marry her. Chandraman asks the press who they are, and Anjali replies that they are the press. She adds that this incident will be tomorrow’s headlines. Anjali attempts to take Padma away, but Chandraman’s goons block her. The police stop the goons, and Anjali takes Padma away.
Meanwhile, Nandini tells Gini that she couldn’t keep her word. Gini remembers Nandini’s warning that if the marriage didn’t happen, she would break Gini’s arrogance. Gini storms off.
Gini intercepts Anjali and Padma, insisting that Padma can’t leave. Anjali stands firm, declaring that she won’t allow the marriage to happen and threatens to file a case against Gini if she doesn’t step aside. Gini asks if Anjali will not listen to her sister, shocking Padma. Anjali advises Padma not to reveal that Gini is her sister, as she is ashamed of it.
Gini pleads with Anjali to leave Padma behind, saying that after much effort, she is finally gaining respect in her marital life. Anjali remains unmoved. Gini calls Sapna, telling her that Anjali is ruining everything. Gini laments that tonight is her first night with her husband, yet he has never come close to her, and now her married life will be destroyed because of Anjali. Sapna asks to speak to Anjali.
Sapna asks Anjali if she is determined to ruin Gini’s marital life and urges her to comply with Gini’s wishes. Anjali retorts that she cannot live like Ganesh Awasthi, with her head down, and that she will live with her head held high. She declares that today, she is Ganesh Awasthi’s daughter, and she will take Padma away. Anjali hands the phone back to Gini, who asks Sapna if she failed to stop Anjali. Sapna replies that Anjali won’t listen to anyone. Gini tells Anjali that she will support the Rajput family no matter what. Anjali makes a remark and leaves.
Anjali returns home, where Sapna scolds her for fighting with her own sister in front of everyone. Anjali tells Sapna that Gini never acknowledged her as a sister and always acted like she was solely the daughter-in-law of the Rajput family. Anjali adds that although Gini later begged her to leave Padma, she couldn’t allow that. Anjali asserts that she will win this case, no matter what, and makes a comment about it.
