The episode starts with Ganesh telling Anjali how much Aarti cared for her and how deeply she loved her. He accuses Anjali of going against Aarti and of killing her emotionally while keeping her alive. Anjali tries to explain, but Ganesh refuses to listen. He says he will never forgive her and warns Anjali to be careful of Kali, saying she will betray her one day. He then leaves.
Kali tells Anjali that she doesn’t want anything except to be with Ved and makes a remark before walking away.
Raghav calls Anjali and accuses her of ruining Aarti’s life. He taunts Anjali, saying she used to call him heartless, but she is worse than him.
Ved takes the phone from Raghav and tells Anjali that Aarti has been crying nonstop, and it’s all because of her. Ved says he loves Aarti deeply, but she doesn’t listen to him. He challenges Anjali, saying he will marry Aarti, and she can try to stop it if she wants. Ved reminds Anjali that while she may have given birth to Aarti, she had no role in raising her. Enraged, Anjali says she won’t tolerate this humiliation. Ved replies that even if he and Aarti can’t live together, they will die together, and ends the call.
Ved comforts the crying Aarti. Raghav silently praises Sadhika’s plan for successfully cornering Kali, Anjali, and Aarti.
Sadhika arrives and sees Ved and Aarti hugging. She teasingly tells them to continue and says she’ll come later. Aarti asks why she came. Sadhika asks if Aarti has given any gift to Ganesh. When Aarti questions her tone, Sadhika replies that Ganesh must have struggled a lot to raise her, so she should now make his life easier. Aarti agrees and asks what she should give him. Sadhika suggests items like a microwave oven, car, or refrigerator. Aarti agrees and goes shopping with Ved.
Sadhika thinks to herself that once Aarti brings those gifts to the Awasti house, Anjali will be furious — and she praises her own plan.
Ganesh asks Padma for tea. Padma says the milk has spoiled because the refrigerator isn’t working. Ganesh then sees people bringing a new fridge and asks who they are. Aarti enters and says it’s a Diwali gift. Ganesh says it must be expensive, but Aarti explains that prices have dropped after GST reforms. Padma talks to Aarti about the refrigerator, and Aarti adds that more gifts are coming — an AC, microwave oven, and a car.
Anjali interrupts, saying there’s no need for these gifts. Aarti asks what’s wrong with gifting her grandfather a refrigerator. Anjali replies that they won’t accept anything from the Rajput family and that they don’t need such gifts. Aarti says maybe Anjali doesn’t need them, but Ganesh does, and reminds her how much he suffered raising Aarti.

Precap: Anjali slaps Kali and asks how dare she stare at her. Kali apologizes and begs Anjali to get her husband back for her.
