The episode begins with Nandini speaking to Padma over the phone. Nandini accuses Padma of ruining their reputation and stopping her son’s marriage. She questions if this was what Padma wanted. Padma responds that she never intended for any of this to happen, as they were everything to her. She asks Nandini why they weren’t there for her when she needed them most. Padma asserts that if Yuvraj had been punished, none of this would have occurred. She challenges Nandini, asking if she’d be able to say the same if it had happened to her own daughter. Nandini, enraged, tells Padma not to compare herself to her daughter and demands that Padma come to her home.
Anjali notices Padma crying and asks who she’s talking to. Anjali takes the phone and asks who is on the line. Nandini responds that it’s her. Anjali mocks Raghav, asking if he’s too scared to speak for himself and instead sent his wife. Nandini snidely tells Anjali to send Padma to their house. Anjali firmly replies that Padma won’t be going anywhere until Yuvraj and his friends are in jail, and she breaks Raghav’s confidence in court.
Gini then takes the phone from Nandini and warns Anjali that she won’t even make it to court. Gini challenges Anjali, saying she will make her throw away her advocate’s coat and burn her law books. Anjali responds that she became a lawyer through hard work and that Gini doesn’t have the power to stop her from going to court. Anjali hangs up the phone.
Nandini taunts Gini, reminding her that she claimed to have a trump card. Gini swears on Abhay that she won’t let Anjali reach the court and promises Nandini that she’ll stop her.
Anjali consoles Padma and tells her not to cry. She invites Padma to come downstairs as there’s an event happening in the neighborhood. Padma agrees.
While Padma is enjoying the event, Yuvraj and his goons arrive in Anjali’s neighborhood. Anjali spots them approaching Padma and intervenes. She beats them up and rescues Padma in front of the entire neighborhood.
Mehek calls Yuvraj, and Anjali mocks him, telling him to answer the call. Anjali then takes the phone and tells Mehek how Yuvraj attempted to abduct Padma in her own neighborhood. Yuvraj tries to explain, but Mehek scolds him and hangs up. Anjali tells Yuvraj that while she could take him to the police or leave him to the crowd, she won’t do that. Instead, she wants to make an example by sending him to jail and defeating Raghav in court.
Anjali comforts Padma, encouraging her with her father’s words: “Once you learn how to live, life becomes easier.” They hug.
Meanwhile, Gini approaches Mehek and asks why she’s crying. Mehek explains that she regrets ever loving Yuvraj because of his actions. Gini tries to defend Yuvraj, saying he’s just unsure how to resolve the situation and that Anjali is backing him into a corner. Gini vows not to let Yuvraj get punished. Mehek, however, says she no longer cares about the punishment and doesn’t want any relationship with Yuvraj. Gini pleads with her not to end things, declaring that she will make the final move against Anjali.
Anjali tells Padma that they need to go to the police station to file a formal complaint against Yuvraj. They leave for the station.
At the same time, Abhay arrives at Anjali’s neighborhood with a bouquet, looking for her. A passerby informs him that Anjali was there earlier but has since left. When Abhay asks about her house, the person tells him that no one has been home since the attack. Gini calls Abhay, inviting him to a party at their house that night. When she learns that Abhay is looking for Anjali, she gets angry, asking if he’s lost his mind. Abhay explains that he wants to win back his love and see Anjali punished for what she’s done. Gini shouts at him, and Nandini comes there and asks Gini what happen. Gini asks her to stop Abhay. Nandini takes the phone and orders Abhay to come home for the party. He reluctantly agrees.
